Description

1.「より安定な」消毒剤溶液を生成する反応物の組成物、
2.「より安定な」形態の殺生物剤組成物を生成する条件、および、
3.上記消毒剤を生成するプロセス。
上述した内容は、本発明を実施する方法を例示することを意図しており、本発明を限定するものではない以下の実施例を参照することでより理解されるであろう。
生成されたクロラミン溶液の生成および安定性を理解する実験において、次亜塩素酸塩、(NH4)2SO4およびNH4OHを調製し、クロラミン生成に使用した。調製された次亜塩素酸溶液を、別々に試験して、希釈液から予想されるように、遊離塩素として約110ppmを含むことが発見された。生成されたクロラミンの量は、遊離塩素および生成物の総Cl2を測定することによって評価した。実験結果は、クロラミンへの100%変換(総Cl2)が観察されたことを示した。さらに、(NH4)2SO4およびNH4OHを用いて生成した生成物のpHは、7以上である。
Claims (16)
- 安定なクロラミンを生成する方法において、濃縮塩素源は、濃縮アミン源と混合され、pHが5以上の安定なクロラミンを生成するように撹拌されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記塩素源がアルカリ土類金属を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アミン源が硫酸アンモニウムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アミン源が水酸化アンモニウムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 反応媒体をさらに具え、前記塩素源と前記アミン源の反応が生じ、クロラミンを形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記反応媒体が液体であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記反応媒体が水であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記安定なクロラミンのpHが7またはそれ以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記塩素源が次亜塩素酸ナトリウムまたは次亜塩素酸カルシウムであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 安定なクロラミンを生成する方法において、濃縮塩素源が、反応媒体とともに、濃縮アミン源と混合され、pH7またはそれ以上の安定なクロラミンを生成するように撹拌されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記塩素源がアルカリ土類金属を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記塩素源が次亜塩素酸ナトリウムまたは次亜塩素酸カルシウムであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記アミン源が硫酸アンモニウムであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記アミン源が水酸化アンモニウムであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記反応媒体が液体であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記反応媒体が水であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
