全ての以下の実施例では、XRD測定は、ブラッグ−ブレンターノ幾何学(図1参照)で使用されるD8−Advance(Bruker)回折計によって実行された。測定された角度の範囲は、2θで0.009°ステップで5°から70°までの範囲である。時間間隔は0.2秒である。銅管(1)(λKα1=1.5415Å)及びシンチレーション検出器(3)が追加して使用される。試料(2)は、垂直に対して好適な方位を正しく測定するために30rpmで回転させられる。
Claims (12)
- 銀層で覆われたガラス基板を含む鏡であって、銀層自身が少なくとも一つのペイント層で覆われており、その鏡の銀層内の結晶方位(111)/(200)の強度比が5.0より小さいものにおいて、銀層が、シェラー法を用いるX線回折によって測定すると27.0nmより大きい相関距離(111)(CLz)を持つことを特徴とする鏡。
- 銀層が、28.0nmより大きい相関距離(111)(CLz)を持つことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鏡。
- 銀層が、30.0nmより大きい相関距離(111)(CLz)を持つことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の鏡。
- ガラス基板が、Fe2O3として表わすと0.02重量%より少ない全鉄含量を持つガラスであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の鏡。
- 銀層が、70〜150nmの範囲の厚さを持つことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の鏡。
- 銅層を持たないことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の鏡。
- ガラス基板の銀層側の表面上に存在するスズを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の鏡。
- ガラス基板の銀層側の表面上に存在する、ビスマス、クロム、金、インジウム、ニッケル、パラジウム、白金、ロジウム、ルテニウム、チタン、バナジウム、及び亜鉛からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一つの元素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の鏡。
- ガラス基板の銀層側の表面上に存在するスズ及びパラジウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の鏡。
- 銀層の少なくとも一つのペイント層を持つ側の表面上に存在する、スズ、パラジウム、バナジウム、チタン、鉄、インジウム、銅、アルミニウム、クロム、ランタン、ニッケル、ユウロピウム、亜鉛、白金、ルテニウム、ロジウム、ナトリウム、ジルコニウム、イットリウム、及びセリウムからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一つの元素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の鏡。
- 銀層の少なくとも一つのペイント層を持つ側の表面上に存在するスズを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の鏡。
- 銀層の少なくとも一つのペイント層を持つ側の表面上に存在するシランの痕跡を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の鏡。
