Claims (9)
- 装填物(14)に対する焼入れ処理室(5)であって、
気体取り込み口(76A)及び複数の気体放出口(78A)を備え、前記装填物と熱交換器(32, 34)との間を気体が流れるようにするためにモータ(24A, 24B)によって回転させられる遠心式又は混流式のインペラと、
第1及び第2の可動式のハーフボリュート(40A, 40B, 42A, 42B)と
を備え、
第1の位置にあっては、前記第1のハーフボリュートが、前記複数の気体放出口(78A)の第1部分から放出される前記気体を誘導し、前記第2のハーフボリュートが、前記気体取り込み口(76A)の第1部分を塞ぎ、
第2の位置にあっては、前記第1又は第2のハーフボリュートのいずれか一方が、前記複数の気体放出口の前記第1部分とは異なる第2部分から放出される前記気体を誘導し、前記第1又は第2のハーフボリュートの他方が、前記気体取り込み口の第2部分を塞ぐ、
焼入れ処理室。 - 前記インペラ(22A, 22B)に関して横方向に前記第1及び第2のハーフボリュート(40A, 40B, 42A, 42B)を移動させるアクチュエータ(90A)を備える請求項1に記載の焼入れ処理室。
- 前期インペラ(22A, 22B)の軸(ΔA, ΔB)に関して前記第1及び第2のハーフボリュートを回転させるアクチュエータを備える請求項1に記載の焼入れ処理室。
- 前記インペラ(22A, 22B)、前記装填物(14)、及び前記熱交換器(32, 34)を収納する格納容器(10)と、
前記インペラ(22A, 22B)と前記装填物との間に配置されたパネル(28A, 28B)と、
前記格納容器を前記パネルに繋げ且つ前記インペラ(22A, 22B)を取り囲み、前記第1及び第2のハーフボリュート(40A, 40B, 42A, 42B)が両面に配置されている板(36A, 36B)と
を更に備える請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の焼入れ処理室。 - 前記パネル(28A, 28B)と接触した円筒形壁(50A, 50B)を備え、
前記第1の位置にあっては、前記第2のハーフボリュートが、前記インペラ(22A, 22B)と前記円筒形壁との間に延在し、
前記第2の位置にあっては、前記第1のハーフボリュートが、前記インペラ(22A, 22B)と前記円筒形壁との間に延在する
請求項4に記載の焼入れ処理室。 - 前記アクチュエータ(90A)は、ウォーム(108A)、及び前記第1のハーフボリュート(40A)に締め付けられ前記ウォームと共働するナット(110A)を備える請求項2に記載の焼入れ処理室。
- 追加の遠心式又は混流式のインペラ(22A, 22B)を備え、
前記インペラ及び追加のインペラは前記装填物(14)の両側に配置され、
更に、追加の第3及び第4の可動式のハーフボリュート(40A, 40B, 42A, 42B)を備え、
前記第1の位置にあっては、前記第3のハーフボリュートが、前記追加のインペラの前記複数の気体放出口(78A)の第1部分から放出される気体を誘導し、前記第4のハーフボリュートは、前記追加のインペラの前記気体取り込み口(76A)の第1部分を塞ぎ、
前記第2の位置にあっては、前記第3又は第4のハーフボリュートのいずれか一方が、前記追加のインペラの前記複数の気体放出口の前記第1部分とは異なる、前記追加のインペラの前記複数の気体放出口の第2部分から放出される気体を誘導し、前記第3又は第4のハーフボリュートの他方が、前記追加のインペラの前記気体取り込み口の第2部分を塞ぐ、
請求項2から6までのいずれか一つに記載の焼入れ処理室。 - 前記インペラ(22A, 22B)は混流式のインペラである、請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の焼入れ処理室。
- 前記第1及び第2のハーフボリュート(40A, 40B, 42A, 42B)を前記第1の位置まで変位させ、気体が前記装填物の高さにおいては第1流方向に流れるステップと、
前記第1及び第2のハーフボリュートを前記第2の位置まで変位させ、気体が前記装填物の高さにおいては前記第1流方向とは反対の第2流方向に流れるステップ
を備える
請求項1に記載の焼入れ処理室(5)内の装填物のガス焼入れ方法。
