Abstract
Description

Claims (23)
- 角膜ポケットを作るための方法であって、
角膜ポケットを作るように形成された低エネルギーフェムト秒レーザを準備し、
前記レーザを、角膜ポケットを作るのに使用することができるように、前記レーザを角膜の直前に位置決めし、
特定のポケット形状を有する角膜ポケットを作るために、ほぼ曲線経路を辿る、前記レーザについての移動経路を決定し、
前記レーザからのレーザビームが前記角膜の前面と後面との間の前記角膜内の所定の深さの前記角膜組織を除去するように、前記レーザビームを前記所定の深さに集中させ、
前記特定のポケット形状を有する角膜ポケットを作るために、前記移動経路内で前記レーザビームを移動させる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 非点収差効果を補償するために、前記レーザを前記角膜の中央へ向かって移動させることを更に有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 約0.2〜1.5マイクロジュールの範囲内のエネルギー出力を有するレーザを使用することを更に有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 約0.2〜4.0ミクロンの範囲内のスポットサイズを有するレーザを使用することを更に有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記角膜ポケットを、約220〜350ミクロンの範囲内の深さに作ることを更に有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 複数のレーザビームスポットを有するレーザを準備することを更に有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記レーザビームスポットの間の空間をなくすことを更に有する、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記角膜内に減張切開を施すために、前記レーザを使用することを更に有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記特定のポケット形状を作るために、前記レーザをプログラムすることを更に有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 角膜ポケット作るための方法であって、
角膜ポケットを作るように形成された低エネルギーナノ秒レーザを準備し、
前記レーザを、角膜ポケットを作るのに使用することができるように、前記レーザを角膜の直前に位置決めし、
特定の形状を有する角膜ポケットを作るために、ほぼ曲線経路を辿る、前記レーザについての移動経路を決定し、
位置決め用ソフトウエアを使用して、前記移動経路を辿るように前記レーザを形成し、
前記レーザからのレーザビームが前記角膜の前面と後面との間の前記角膜内の所定の深さの前記角膜組織を切断し分離するように、前記レーザビームを、前記所定の深さに集中させ、
前記特定の形状を有する角膜ポケットを作るために、前記移動経路内で前記レーザビームを移動させる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 非点収差効果を補償するために、前記レーザを前記角膜の中央へ向かって移動させることを更に有する、請求項10記載の方法。
- 約0.2〜1.5マイクロジュールの範囲内のエネルギー出力を有するレーザを使用することを更に有する、請求項10記載の方法。
- 約0.2〜4.0ミクロンの範囲内のスポットサイズを有するレーザを使用することを更に有する、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記角膜ポケットを、約220〜350ミクロンの範囲内の深さに作ることを更に有する、請求項10記載の方法。
- 複数のレーザビームスポットを有するレーザを準備することを更に有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記レーザビームスポットの間の空間をなくすことを更に有する、請求項6記載の方法。
- 角膜ポケットを作るための方法であって、
角膜ポケットを作るように形成された低エネルギーフェムト秒又はナノ秒レーザを準備し、
前記レーザを、角膜ポケットを作るのに使用することができるように、前記レーザを角膜の直前に位置決めし、
特定のポケット形状を有する角膜ポケットを作るために、ほぼ曲線経路を辿る、前記レーザの3次元移動経路を決定し、
前記レーザが前記移動経路を辿って前記特定の形状を形成するように、前記レーザを制御するためにコンピュータをプログラミングし、
前記レーザからのレーザビームが前記角膜の前面と後面との間の前記角膜内の所定の深さの前記角膜組織を除去するように、前記レーザビームを、前記所定の深さに集中させ、
前記特定のポケット形状を有する角膜ポケットを作るために、前記3次元移動経路内で前記レーザビームを移動させる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 非点収差効果を補償するために、前記レーザを前記角膜の中央へ向かって移動させることを更に有する、請求項17記載の方法。
- 約0.2〜1.5マイクロジュールの範囲内のエネルギー出力を有するレーザを使用することを更に有する、請求項17記載の方法。
- 約0.2〜4.0ミクロンの範囲内のスポットサイズを有するレーザを使用することを更に有する、請求項17記載の方法。
- 前記角膜ポケットを、約220〜350ミクロンの範囲内の深さに作ることを更に有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 複数のレーザビームスポットを有するレーザを準備することを更に有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記レーザビームスポットの間の空間をなくすことを更に有する、請求項6記載の方法。
