Claims (12)
- 固体照明エレメントの少なくとも一つのアレイと、
前記固体照明エレメントの前記アレイのための強度制御電圧の入力と、前記固体照明エレメントの前記アレイの入力に電気的に接続された出力とを有する可変抵抗器と、
前記可変抵抗器の前記出力に電気的に接続され、前記固体照明エレメントの前記アレイの入力に接続された出力を有する電圧レギュレーターと、を含むことを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 前記可変抵抗器は、電界効果トランジスタ、バイポーラトランジスタ、およびデジタル電位差計の一つを含む請求項1に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記電圧レギュレーターは、降圧レギュレーター回路を含む請求項1に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記電圧レギュレーターは、
前記可変抵抗器の前記出力に電気的に接続された誤差増幅器と、
前記誤差増幅器に電気的に接続されたパルス幅変調発生器と、
前記パルス幅変調発生器に電気的に接続され、前記固体照明エレメントの前記アレイの前記入力に接続された前記出力を有する電力回路と、を含む請求項1に記載の照明モジュール。 - 前記誤差増幅器は、前記可変抵抗器の前記出力と、前記電力回路の前記出力とを入力として受信する可算増幅器を含む請求項4に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記電圧レギュレーターは、前記固体照明エレメントの前記アレイが有効にされたときを示すように配置されたスイッチをさらに含む請求項4に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記スイッチは、前記固体照明エレメントの前記アレイが有効にされていないとき、参照電圧に電気的に接続するように配置され、前記誤差増幅器が前記電力回路の前記出力のみを受信するように配置されている請求項6に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記スイッチは、ディレイを有するように配置され、
前記ディレイは、前記可変抵抗器の前記出力を受信するに先立って、前記固体照明エレメントの前記アレイにおける電流が上昇し始めるように配置されている請求項6に記載の照明モジュール。 - 固体発光エレメントの少なくとも一つのアレイと、
強度制御電圧と、前記固体発光エレメントの前記アレイの入力とに電気的に接続された電界効果トランジスタと、
前記電界効果トランジスタに電気的に接続された降圧レギュレーター回路と、を含む照明モジュールであって、
前記降圧レギュレーター回路は、
第1の入力で前記電界効果トランジスタから信号を受信するように配置された誤差増幅器と、
前記誤差増幅器に電気的に接続されたパルス幅変調発生器と、
前記パルス幅変調発生器に電気的に接続された降圧電力段と、を含み、
前記降圧電力段の出力は、前記固体発光エレメントの前記アレイと、前記誤差増幅器の第2の入力とに電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 前記降圧レギュレーター回路は、前記電界効果トランジスタからの前記信号と、参照電圧との間で、前記誤差増幅器の前記第1の入力をスイッチするように配置されたスイッチをさらに含む請求項9に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記スイッチは、ディレイを含み、
前記ディレイは、前記電界効果トランジスタから前記誤差増幅器に前記信号を接続するのに先立って、前記発光エレメントの前記アレイにおける電流が上昇するように十分な時間でプログラムされている請求項10に記載の照明モジュール。 - 前記誤差増幅器には、可算増幅器を含む請求項9に記載の照明モジュール。
