Claims (9)
- 軸方向および半径方向に延在し、軸方向の環状リム(34)を担持する半径方向のウェブ(30)を備え、前記リム(34)が歯車の歯(40)を担持する歯車(26)にして、前記ウェブ(30)が、粘弾性の層(44)と、裏当て層(46)によって構成される振動減衰装置(42)を備え、粘弾性材料の層(44)が、半径方向のウェブ(30)と裏当て層(46)との間に軸方向に配置され、粘弾性材料の層(44)がウェブ(30)に直接固定される歯車(26)であって、
半径方向のウェブ(30)が、実質的に切頭円錐形の形状であり、振動減衰装置(42)が、切頭円錐形の内側に配置されることを特徴とする、歯車(26)。 - 振動減衰装置(42)が、連続する、分割された、または複数のセグメントでのリングの形態であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の歯車。
- 裏当て層(46)が、少なくとも粘弾性材料の層(44)の長さに等しい半径方向の長さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の歯車。
- 粘弾性材料の層(44)が、0.1mmから3mmの範囲内にある軸方向の厚さ(e1)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の歯車。
- 裏当て層(46)が、0.5mmから2mmの範囲内にある軸方向の厚さ(e2)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の歯車。
- 歯車がハブ(32)を含んでおり、振動減衰装置(42)が、ハブ(32)より環状リム(34)により近づけて配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の歯車。
- 前記歯車がピニオン(26)である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の歯車を含むタービンエンジン(10)。
- 粘弾性材料の層(44)を半径方向のウェブ(30)上に蒸着するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の歯車を作製する方法。
- 粘弾性材料の層(44)を半径方向のウェブ(30)上に接着剤により接着するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の歯車を作製する方法。
