Claims (7)
- 複数の交互に位置するN極(N)およびS極(S)を備え、
前記N極(N)およびS極(S)は、複数の周縁極性部分(10)を規定するように、軸方向に延びるともに当該回転子(1)の磁性質量体(2)の周縁部(5)と中央部(6)との間に規則的に分布された第1凹部(4)に配置された、複数の永久磁石(3)から形成され、
前記永久磁石(3)は、多角形状の放射断面を有し、
前記放射断面は、放射方向において、0.25〜0.70の間にあって当該電子機械の性能を最大化するように予め定められている、長方形状部分(8)の第2高さHに対する台形状部分(7)の第1高さhの割合Rで、前記中央部(6)の近くの実質的に台形状部分(7)に隣接する、前記周縁部(5)の近くの実質的に長方形状部分(8)を有する
ことを特徴とする回転電気機械の回転子(1)。 - 前記極性部分(10)は、放射方向に延びるともに2つの前記第1連続凹部(4)の間の区画を形成する中央舌部(9)によって放射方向に保持されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転電気機械の回転子(1)。 - 周方向において、前記長方形状部分(8)の幅Lは、前記舌部(9)により耐えられる機械的応力σの限界σ0以内で、前記永久磁石(3)の各々の体積を最大化するように予め定められている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の回転電気機械の回転子(1)。 - 前記永久磁石(3)は、フェライトから構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の回転電気機械の回転子(1)。 - 軸方向に延びるとともに前記中央部(6)と前記周縁部(6)との間の当該回転子の中間部において前記永久磁石(3)の間に配置された複数の第2凹部(11)
を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の回転電気機械の回転子(1)。 - 前記周縁部(5)は、前記永久磁石(3)に向かい合って、少なくとも部分的に、放射方向に開である
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の回転電気機械の回転子(1)。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の回転子(1)を備えたことを特徴とする回転電気機械。
