Abstract
Description
(1) 膝関節形成処置で使用するための調整可能なスペーサ器具であって、 ほぼ平面な上面を有する第1部材と、 ほぼ平面な下面を有する第2部材と、 前記第1部材と前記第2部材との間に介在する、角度調整機構であって、前記上面と前記下面との間の傾斜度を調整するように操作可能であり、かつ前記傾斜度を維持することができる解放式ロックを含む、角度調整機構と、を備える、調整可能なスペーサ器具。
(2) 前記角度調整機構は、前記傾斜度を連続的に調整するように操作可能である、実施態様1に記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
(3) 前記調整機構は、前記傾斜度を個別に調整するように操作可能である、実施態様1に記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
(4) 前記調整機構は、使用時に概ね前後方向に延びる軸線を中心として、前記上面及び/又は前記下面を傾斜させるように構成される、実施態様1〜3のいずれかに記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
(5) 前記調整機構は、前記調整機構が操作されるときに相互作用する前記第1部材及び前記第2部材の全体的な一体化部品を含む、実施態様1〜4のいずれかに記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
(7) 前記第1部材又は前記第2部材は、前記調整可能なスペーサ器具の面にほぼ垂直な軸線を中心として回転可能である、実施態様1〜6のいずれかに記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
(8) 前記第1部材の後部及び/又は前記第2部材の後部が、使用時に後十字靱帯を受け取るように構成される窪みを含む、実施態様1〜7のいずれかに記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
(9) 前記調整可能なスペーサ器具が、2つの部分のみからなる、実施態様1〜8のいずれかに記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
(10) 前記調整機構が、前記第1部材及び前記第2部材とは別の回転可能部分を含み、前記回転可能部分は、前記第1部材及び/又は前記第2部材の回転がなくとも、前記傾斜度を調整するように操作可能である、実施態様1に記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
(12) 前記異なる高さの複数領域は、前記複数の突出機構がそれぞれ内部に係合する、窪みが形成されたトラックの形態である、実施態様11に記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
(13) 前記窪みが形成されたトラックはそれぞれ、連続的なカム面を提供する基底部を含む、実施態様12に記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
(14) 前記窪みが形成されたトラックはそれぞれ、複数の戻り止めの形態である、実施態様12に記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
(15) 切断ブロックを直接的又は間接的に取り外し可能に取り付けることができる、取り付け構成を更に備える、実施態様1〜14のいずれかに記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
(17) 前記上面及び前記下面が平行なときに、前記調整可能なスペーサ器具の厚さは、10mm以下又は20mm以下である、実施態様1〜16のいずれかに記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
(18) 実施態様15に記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具と、 切断ブロックと、を備える、部品のキットであり、前記切断ブロックは、取り付け構成を備える搭載部を含み、該搭載部によって、前記切断ブロックは前記調整可能なスペーサ器具に取り外し可能に取り付けることができ、前記切断ブロックは切断ガイドを含み、該切断ガイドは、前記調整可能なスペーサ器具の上面又は下面に平行であるように、前記切断ブロックにおいて位置付けられる、部品のキット。
(19) 前記搭載部は、前記切断ブロックに対して別個の部分であり、かつ取り付け機構を含み、該取り付け機構によって、前記搭載部が前記切断ブロックに取り外し可能に取り付け可能である、実施態様18に記載の部品のキット。
(20) 前記搭載部は、前記切断ブロックの一体部分である、実施態様18に記載の部品のキット。
(22) 膝関節形成処置を実施する方法であって、 脛骨の近位部分又は大腿骨の遠位部分を切除し、ほぼ平らな骨表面を作ることと、 上面及び下面を有する調整可能なスペーサ器具を、前記脛骨と前記大腿骨との間の間隙における前記平らな骨表面上に配置することと、 前記調整可能なスペーサ器具を操作して、前記上面と前記下面との間の傾斜度を変化させることと、 前記膝の靭帯のバランスを評価することと、を含む、方法。
(23) 前記調整可能なスペーサ器具の前記上面又は前記下面に平行である切断ガイドを有する切断ブロックを、前記調整可能なスペーサ器具に取り付けることと、 前記切断ガイドを使用して、まだ切除していない前記脛骨の前記近位部分又は前記大腿骨の前記遠位部分の少なくとも一部を切除することと、を更に含む、実施態様22に記載の方法。
(24) 前記脛骨の前記近位部分及び前記大腿骨の前記遠位部分の両方が、ほぼ平らな骨表面を作るように切除され、 前記調整可能なスペーサ器具の前記上面又は前記下面に平行である切断ガイドを有する切断ブロックを、前記調整可能なスペーサ器具に取り付けることと、 前記切断ガイドを使用して、前記脛骨のすでに切除した前記近位部分又は前記大腿骨の前記遠位部分を再切断することと、を更に含む、実施態様22に記載の方法。
(25) 前記膝が、伸長状態にある、実施態様22〜24のいずれかに記載の方法。
(27) 前記脛骨の前記近位部分は切除されており、前記調整可能なスペーサ器具を操作することが、前記脛骨に対して前記大腿骨も回転させる、実施態様26に記載の方法。
(28) 前記調整可能なスペーサ器具の前記下面に平行である切断ガイドを有する切断ブロックを、前記調整可能なスペーサ器具に取り付けることと、 前記切断ガイドを使用して、前記大腿骨の前方部分及び/又は後方部分を切除することと、を更に含む、実施態様27に記載の方法。
Claims (21)
- 膝関節形成処置で使用するための調整可能なスペーサ器具であって、
ほぼ平面な上面を有する第1部材と、
ほぼ平面な下面を有する第2部材と、
前記第1部材と前記第2部材との間に介在する、角度調整機構であって、前記上面と前記下面との間の傾斜度を調整するように操作可能であり、かつ前記傾斜度を維持することができる解放式ロックを含む、角度調整機構と、を備える、調整可能なスペーサ器具。 - 前記角度調整機構は、前記傾斜度を連続的に調整するように操作可能である、請求項1に記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
- 前記調整機構は、前記傾斜度を個別に調整するように操作可能である、請求項1に記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
- 前記調整機構は、使用時に概ね前後方向に延びる軸線を中心として、前記上面及び/又は前記下面を傾斜させるように構成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
- 前記調整機構は、前記調整機構が操作されるときに相互作用する前記第1部材及び前記第2部材の全体的な一体化部品を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
- 前記調整機構は、前記第1部材又は前記第2部材を互いに対して回転させることによって操作可能である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
- 前記第1部材又は前記第2部材は、前記調整可能なスペーサ器具の面にほぼ垂直な軸線を中心として回転可能である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
- 前記第1部材の後部及び/又は前記第2部材の後部が、使用時に後十字靱帯を受け取るように構成される窪みを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
- 前記調整可能なスペーサ器具が、2つの部分のみからなる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
- 前記調整機構が、前記第1部材及び前記第2部材とは別の回転可能部分を含み、前記回転可能部分は、前記第1部材及び/又は前記第2部材の回転がなくとも、前記傾斜度を調整するように操作可能である、請求項1に記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
- 前記調整機構が、複数の突出機構と、前記突出機構を複数の異なる構成において係合するように位置付けられた異なる高さの複数領域と、を含み、前記複数の異なる構成がそれぞれ、前記上面と前記下面との間の異なる傾斜度に対応する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
- 前記異なる高さの複数領域は、前記複数の突出機構がそれぞれ内部に係合する、窪みが形成されたトラックの形態である、請求項11に記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
- 前記窪みが形成されたトラックはそれぞれ、連続的なカム面を提供する基底部を含む、請求項12に記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
- 前記窪みが形成されたトラックはそれぞれ、複数の戻り止めの形態である、請求項12に記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
- 切断ブロックを直接的又は間接的に取り外し可能に取り付けることができる、取り付け構成を更に備える、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
- 前記調整可能なスペーサ器具は、前記上面及び前記下面が平行である初期状態と、前記上面及び前記下面が非平行である複数の傾斜状態と、を有し、前記調整可能なスペーサ器具は、前記角度調整機構を操作することによって、前記初期状態と前記複数の傾斜状態との間で駆動可能である、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
- 前記上面及び前記下面が平行なときに、前記調整可能なスペーサ器具の厚さは、10mm以下又は20mm以下である、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具。
- 請求項15に記載の調整可能なスペーサ器具と、 切断ブロックと、を備える、部品のキットであり、前記切断ブロックは、取り付け構成を備える搭載部を含み、該搭載部によって、前記切断ブロックは前記調整可能なスペーサ器具に取り外し可能に取り付けることができ、前記切断ブロックは切断ガイドを含み、該切断ガイドは、前記調整可能なスペーサ器具の上面又は下面に平行であるように、前記切断ブロックにおいて位置付けられる、部品のキット。
- 前記搭載部は、前記切断ブロックに対して別個の部分であり、かつ取り付け機構を含み、該取り付け機構によって、前記搭載部が前記切断ブロックに取り外し可能に取り付け可能である、請求項18に記載の部品のキット。
- 前記搭載部は、前記切断ブロックの一体部分である、請求項18に記載の部品のキット。
- 前記搭載部は、前記切断ガイドと前記スペーサ器具との間の分離を変化させるように調整可能である、請求項18に記載の部品のキット。
