Description
Claims (20)
- 最適な大腿骨サイズを決定する大腿骨サイジング治具(10)であって、
前記大腿骨の内側と外側とにそれぞれ対応する内側と外側とを有する大腿骨体(12)と、
前記大腿骨体に対して枢動可能に連結され、左右の大腿骨の外旋角を設定する外旋角アーム(14)と、
前記大腿骨体の内部で前記外旋角アーム(14)に連結され、前記大腿骨体に対して摺動可能に設けられる、内側ロケータ要素(66)及び外側ロケータ要素(64)を有するロケーションガイド本体(55)と、
前記大腿骨体(12)に対して前記外旋角アーム(14)と一体に枢動可能に設けられ、大腿骨の顆部の後部上に配置される内側足及び外側足(84、84)を有する後部顆部ロケータ(18)と、
を備え、
前記内側ロケータ要素(66)及び外側ロケータ要素(64)は、ペグ穴を形成するために手術ドリル(114)をガイドするものであり、
前記外旋角アーム(14)が枢動すると、前記後部顆部ロケータ(18)は前記外旋角アーム(14)と一体に枢動し、前記ロケーションガイド本体(55)を前記大腿骨体に対して直線的に摺動させることによって、前記後部顆部ロケータ(18)の前記内側足(84)は前記ロケーションガイド本体(55)の前記内側ロケータ要素(66)との間で一定の距離に維持されるように、前記外旋角アーム(14)と前記ロケーションガイド本体(55)がピン(60)とガイドチャネル(62)とによって相互係合している大腿骨サイジング治具(10)。 - 前記大腿骨体(12)は、内部空洞を有するハウジングを備え、前記外旋角アーム(14)は、前記大腿骨体(12)の内部空洞内で枢動する、請求項1に記載の大腿骨サイジング治具(10)。
- 前記外旋角アーム(14)は、大腿骨の外旋角を設定する目盛(38)を含む、請求項1または2に記載の大腿骨サイジング治具(10)。
- 前記外旋角アーム(14)を前記大腿骨体(12)に対してロックするロッキング要素をさらに備える、請求項3に記載の大腿骨サイジング治具(10)。
- 前記ロッキング要素は、前記大腿骨体(12)上の複数の大腿骨体の歯(50)と、前記大腿骨体の歯(50)の間に係合可能なロッキングノブ上の少なくとも1つのロッキング歯(52)とを含む、請求項4に記載の大腿骨サイジング治具(10)。
- 前記ロッキングノブは、前記大腿骨体の歯(50)に接触するように付勢されたばねである、請求項5に記載の大腿骨サイジング治具(10)。
- 前記ロッキングノブは摺動可能な状態で回転可能であり、前記ロッキング歯(52)は前記大腿骨体の歯(50)から角度がずれており、それによって前記ロッキングノブは前記大腿骨体の歯(50)を超えて摺動できる、請求項6に記載の大腿骨サイジング治具(10)。
- 前記大腿骨体(12)は、前記目盛(38)上の前記外旋角アーム(14)の回転角を示すインジケータ(44)を含む、請求項3乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の大腿骨サイジング治具(10)。
- 前記後部顆部ロケータ(18)は、前記大腿骨体(12)の下部から横方向に延在する、請求項7または8に記載の大腿骨サイジング治具(10)。
- 前記後部顆部ロケータ(18)は、前記大腿骨体(12)から突き出した2つの脚(78)、および前記脚(78)の横方向にそれぞれ延在する内側と外側の足(84)を含む、請求項8または9に記載の大腿骨サイジング治具(10)。
- 前記内側と外側の足(84)は、前記脚(78)にそれぞれ垂直に延在する、請求項10に記載の大腿骨サイジング治具(10)。
- 前記内側と外側の各足(84)は、実質的に平坦な台(86)要素を含む、請求項10または11に記載の大腿骨サイジング治具(10)。
- 前記ガイドチャネル(62)は、傾斜した縦方向の範囲を有する、請求項12に記載の大腿骨サイジング治具(10)。
- 前記ガイドチャネル(62)は、前記縦方向の範囲を形成する2つの線形部分を有する、請求項13に記載の大腿骨サイジング治具(10)。
- 前記ガイドチャネル(62)の前記縦方向の範囲は、V型である、請求項13または14に記載の大腿骨サイジング治具(10)。
- 前記ピン(60)は前記外旋角アーム(14)上にあり、前記ガイドチャネル(62)は前記ロケーションガイド本体(55)上にある、請求項13乃至15のいずれか一項に記載の大腿骨サイジング治具(10)。
- 前記大腿骨体(12)の内側と外側の少なくとも1つにある、または前記大腿骨体(12)の内側と外側の少なくとも1つに隣接したスタイラスホルダー連結部(88)をさらに備える、請求項1乃至16のいずれか一項に記載の大腿骨サイジング治具(10)。
- 前記スタイラスホルダー連結部(88)は、前記ロケーションガイド本体(55)の一部として形成される、請求項17に記載の大腿骨サイジング治具(10)。
- 前記ロケーションガイド本体(55)の一部として形成された幅チェッカー連結部(70)をさらに備える、請求項1乃至18のいずれか一項に記載の大腿骨サイジング治具(10)。
- 内外反調整ガイドと、遠位大腿骨切除治具(108)と、請求項1乃至19のいずれか一項に記載の大腿骨サイジング治具(10)と、後部大腿骨切除(120)、前部大腿骨切除(122)、後部面取り(124)切断および前部面取り(126)切断のための多面大腿骨切除治具(116)とを備える、内側後部顆部基準大腿骨切除システム。
