Claims (18)
- 駆動端部と、
長手軸を備える非駆動端部とを含む、
髄内釘であって、
前記非駆動端部は、第1の孔と、第2の孔と、第3の孔と、第4の孔とを備える係止孔配置を含み、
前記第1の孔は、第2の孔よりも当該髄内釘の非駆動端により近接して配置され、前記第2の孔は、前記第3の孔よりも前記非駆動端により近接して配置され、前記第3の孔は、前記第4の孔よりも前記非駆動端により近接して配置され、
前記第1の孔及び前記第4の孔は、対応する第1の向きを有し、前記第2の孔及び前記第3の孔は、対応する第2の向きを有する、
髄内釘。 - 前記第1の向きは、中外側(ML)の向きであり、前記第2の向きは、前後方向(AP)の向きである、請求項1に記載の髄内釘。
- 前記第1の孔、前記第2の孔、前記第3の孔、及び前記第4の孔は、遠位係止ネジを受け入れるよう構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の髄内釘。
- 前記第1の孔、前記第2の孔、前記第3の孔、及び前記第4の孔のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記非駆動端部の前記長手軸に対して直交して方向付けられる、請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の髄内釘。
- 前記第1の孔の中心軸と前記第2の孔の中心軸との間の距離が、前記第3の孔の中心軸と前記第4の孔の中心軸との間の距離に対応する、請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の髄内釘。
- 当該髄内釘の非駆動端から前記第1の孔の前記中心軸までの前記距離は、4〜44mm、好ましくは、5mmであり、
当該髄内釘の非駆動端から 前記第2の孔の前記中心軸までの前記距離は、9〜49mm、好ましくは、10mmであり、
当該髄内釘の非駆動端から 前記第3の孔の前記中心軸までの前記距離は、24〜64mm、好ましくは、25mmであり、且つ
当該髄内釘の非駆動端から 前記第4の孔の前記中心軸までの前記距離は、29〜69mm、好ましくは、30mmである、
請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の髄内釘。 - 第5の孔を更に含む、請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の髄内釘。
- 前記第1の孔、前記第2の孔、前記第3の孔、前記第4の孔、及び前記第5の孔のうちの少なくとも1つは、ネジ山を含む、請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の髄内釘。
- 前記第5の孔は、前記第1の孔及び前記第4の孔と同じ向きを有し、前記第2の孔と前記第3の孔との中間に配置される、請求項7又は8に記載の髄内釘。
- 当該髄内釘の前記非駆動端から前記第5の孔までの前記距離は、16.5〜56.5mm、好ましくは、17.5mmである、請求項7乃至9のうちのいずれか1項に記載の髄内釘。
- トランスポンダを更に含む、請求項1乃至10のうちのいずれか1項に記載の髄内釘。
- 前記トランスポンダは、前記第5の孔内に配置される、請求項11に記載の髄内釘。
- 前記トランスポンダは、信号を生成するよう構成され、前記トランスポンダは、第1の好適な放射方向を有し、該第1の好適な放射方向において、前記信号は、特定の対称特性を有し、前記第1の好適な放射方向の前記向きの決定を可能にする、請求項11又は12に記載の髄内釘。
- 前記トランスポンダは、前記トランスポンダに対する前記夫々の第1の孔、第2の孔、第3の孔、及び第4の孔の所定の空間位置及び空間向きに基づき、前記第1の孔、前記第2の孔、前記第3の孔、及び前記第4の孔のうちの少なくとも1つの孔の夫々の空間位置及び空間向きを決定するのを可能にするために、前記トランスポンダの空間位置及び空間向きのうちの少なくとも1つの決定を示す信号を生成するよう構成される、請求項11乃至13のうちのいずれか1項に記載の髄内釘。
- 前記第1の好適な放射方向は、前記第5の孔の前記向きと整列する、請求項13又は14に記載の髄内釘。
- 請求項11乃至15のうちのいずれか1項に記載の髄内釘と標的検出器との組み合わせであって、
前記標的検出器は、前記トランスポンダによって生成される前記信号を検出するよう配置される、
組み合わせ。 - 前記標的検出器は、結合装置を介して前記髄内釘に一時的に固定されるよう構成される、請求項16に記載の組み合わせ。
- 前記標的検出器は、前記トランスポンダの前記向きを検出するよう配置され、前記標的検出器は、一方では、前記夫々の第1の孔、第2の孔、第3の孔、及び第4の孔のうちの少なくとも1つの孔の前記向きの対応を信号で知らせ、他方では、前記トランスポンダに対する前記夫々の第1の孔、第2の孔、第3の孔、及び第4の孔の所定の空間位置及び空間向きに基づき、標的向きを信号で知らせるよう構成される、請求項16又は17に記載の組み合わせ。
