- 第1伝導性パターン部を含む画面部、および
第2伝導性パターン部を含むルータ部を含み、
前記第1伝導性パターン部および第2伝導性パターン部は同一の線高さを有し、前記第1伝導性パターン部および第2伝導性パターン部が連結される領域には継ぎ目がないことを特徴とするタッチパネル。 - 前記第1伝導性パターン部のうち電気的に接続されたいずれか1つの領域において、第2伝導性パターン部と接するある1辺から、これに対向する他辺までの最短距離上での線抵抗値は、
前記第2伝導性パターン部のうち電気的に接続されたいずれか1つの領域において、第1伝導性パターンと接するある1辺から前記第2伝導性パターン部がFPCBと接する他辺までの線抵抗値より大きいか等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。 - 前記第1伝導性パターン部のうち電気的に接続されたいずれか1つの領域において、画面部のある1辺とこれに対向する他辺までの第1伝導性パターン部の電気の流れ方向と前記第1伝導性パターン部の伝導性ラインの角度が異なることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記第2伝導性パターン部のうち少なくとも一部は、前記第1伝導性パターン部と線幅が異なることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記第2伝導性パターン部のうち少なくとも一部と前記第1伝導性パターン部の線幅の差は、5マイクロメーター以上であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記第2伝導性パターン部のうち少なくとも一部と前記第1伝導性パターン部の線幅の差は、15マイクロメーター以上であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記第2伝導性パターン部のうち少なくとも一部と前記第1伝導性パターン部の線幅の差は、30マイクロメーター以上であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記第2伝導性パターン部のうち少なくとも一部と前記第1伝導性パターン部の線幅の差は、100マイクロメーター以下であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記第1伝導性パターン部および第2伝導性パターン部は、1回の印刷工程によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記印刷工程は、リバースオフセット印刷(reverse offset printing)工程であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記第1伝導性パターン部および第2伝導性パターン部は、同一物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記第1伝導性パターン部および第2伝導性パターン部は互いに同一な積層構造を含み、前記第1伝導性パターン部および第2伝導性パターン部は同一物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記第1伝導性パターン部および第2伝導性パターン部は、各々独立して金属、金属酸化物、金属窒化物、金属酸化窒化物および金属合金(alloy)からなる群から選択される1種以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記第1伝導性パターン部および第2伝導性パターン部は、各々独立してAg、Cu、Cr、Al、Mo、Ni、これらの酸化物、これらの窒化物、これらの酸化窒化物およびこれらの合金からなる群から選択される1種以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のタッチパネル。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載のタッチパネルを含むディスプレイ装置。
