Abstract
Description
近位端および遠位端を有する遠位要素と、
半径方向に可撓性のある少なくとも1つのブランチを有する近位要素であって、前記遠位要素にスライド式に結合され、かつ、前記プランジャロッドの制限された位置と、前記プランジャロッドの伸長された位置との間で軸方向に選択的に移動可能である近位要素と、
前記遠位要素および前記近位要素を、前記プランジャロッドの複数の中間位置を画定する複数の相対的な軸方向の位置に選択的に係止するための係止手段と
を備え、
前記係止手段が、前記遠位要素と前記近位要素が互いに対して前記軸方向に固定された係止された状態から、前記半径方向に可撓性のあるブランチが半径方向に変位させられるとき、前記遠位要素と前記近位要素が互いに対して前記軸方向に変位可能である係止されていない状態に移動可能であるプランジャロッドである。
Claims (16)
- 注入デバイス(100)用のプランジャロッド(1)であって、
近位端および遠位端を有する遠位要素(20)と、
半径方向に可撓性のある少なくとも1つのブランチ(33)を有する近位要素(30)であって、前記遠位要素にスライド式に結合され、かつ、前記プランジャロッドの制限された位置と、前記プランジャロッドの伸長された位置との間で軸方向に選択的に移動可能である近位要素(30)と、
前記遠位要素および前記近位要素を、前記プランジャロッドの複数の中間位置を画定する複数の相対的な軸方向の位置に選択的に係止するための係止手段(23、33、35)と
を備え、
前記係止手段が、前記遠位要素と前記近位要素が互いに対して前記軸方向に固定された係止された状態から、前記半径方向に可撓性のあるブランチが半径方向に変位させられるとき、前記遠位要素と前記近位要素が互いに対して前記軸方向に変位可能である係止されていない状態に移動可能であることを特徴とするプランジャロッド(1)。 - 前記可撓性のブランチ(33)は実質的に前記軸方向に延びており、かつ、半径方向内側に変位可能な近位自由端(37)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプランジャロッド(1)。
- 前記近位要素の近位端に取り付けられた1または複数の横断壁(37、38)であって、親指で押す部分を形成する1または複数の横断壁をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のプランジャロッド(1)。
- 前記可撓性のブランチの前記近位自由端は前記横断壁(37)のうちの少なくとも1つを備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のプランジャロッド(1)。
- 前記係止手段は、前記係止手段を前記係止された状態に維持するための、前記半径方向に可撓性のあるブランチ(33)上の表面(35)および前記遠位要素上の協働面(23)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のプランジャロッド(1)。
- 前記遠位要素は、前記可撓性のブランチ(33)の少なくとも一部分をスライド式に受けることが可能な筒状部分(21a)であって、内壁を有する筒状部分を含み、前記係止手段は、軸方向に互いに間隔が空けられ、前記可撓性のブランチの前記内壁および前記一部分の一方にある複数(n)の起伏(23)と、前記可撓性のブランチの前記内壁および前記一部分の他方にある少なくとも1つの相補的な起伏(35)とを含み、前記複数の起伏のそれぞれの起伏は、前記相補的な起伏と連続的に協働して、前記係止手段を前記係止された状態に維持し、かつ前記プランジャロッドをその制限された位置、中間の位置または伸長された位置のうちの1つに維持することが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のプランジャロッド(1)。
- 前記起伏は、凹部(23)および半径方向の突出部から選択され、前記相補的な起伏は、半径方向の突出部(35)および凹部からそれぞれ選択されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のプランジャロッド(1)。
- 前記プランジャロッドは、前記遠位要素に対する前記近位要素の回転を防ぐためのガイド手段(24、36)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のプランジャロッド(1)。
- 前記ガイド手段は、前記近位要素および前記遠位要素の一方にある長手方向のチャネル(24)と、前記近位要素および前記遠位要素の他方に取り付けられたペグ(36)であって、前記長手方向のチャネル内でスライド可能なペグ(36)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のプランジャロッド(1)。
- 前記長手方向のチャネル(24)は遠位停止部(24a)および近位側停止部(24b)を備え、前記ペグ(36)は、前記近位停止部および前記遠位停止部によって、前記チャネルの外へ移動することが妨げられることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のプランジャロッド(1)。
- 前記遠位要素の前記筒状部分は、その遠位端においてふさがれていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のプランジャロッド(1)。
- ストッパ(45)を前記遠位要素の前記遠位端に取り付けるための固定手段(22)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のプランジャロッド(1)。
- 前記遠位要素の前記遠位端に取り付けられたストッパ(45)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のプランジャロッド(1)。
- 近位端が開放され、遠位端に出口を画定する筒状バレル(41)を備える容器(40)に含まれる製品(43)の1または複数の選択用量を送達することが可能な注入デバイス(100)であって、前記筒状バレル内にスライド式に配置されるようにされた請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のプランジャロッド(1)を備えることを特徴とする注入デバイス(100)。
- 前記プランジャロッドは、前記筒状バレルが前記製品を事前に充填され、その近位端がストッパでふさがれ、前記プランジャロッドの遠位端が前記ストッパの近位端に対向し、前記プランジャロッドがその制限された位置にある前記注入デバイスの使用前の位置において、前記横断壁(37、38)のみが前記筒状バレル(41)の前記近位端(46)を越えて前記近位方向に延在するように寸法決めされていることを特徴とする請求項14および請求項3から13のいずれか一項に記載の注入デバイス(100)。
- 前記筒状バレルはその近位端に外側フランジ(46)を備えることを特徴とする請求項14または15に記載の注入デバイス(100)。
