Claims (17)
- 貫通路(67)を有する弁座(61)を備える、カテーテル導入デバイス(1)を密封する弁組立体であって、前記貫通路(67)は、前記座(61)の開口(670)を表し、前記弁組立体(6)は、前記開口(670)を覆うために、付勢手段(68)によって付勢して前記貫通路(67)の外側から前記弁座(61)を密封式に当接する閉鎖部材(64)を更に備え、それによって前記弁の閉鎖位置を実現する、弁組立体。
- 密封ユニット(60)は、固定部分(65)を有し、前記可動閉鎖部材(64)は、前記付勢手段(68)を介して前記固定部分(65)に接続される、請求項1に記載の弁組立体。
- 前記閉鎖部材(64)に面するように配置した座部材(62)の一部は、傾斜面である、請求項1又は2に記載の弁組立体。
- 前記座体の前記傾斜部分は、前記貫通路(67)に対して90〜180°の間、好ましくは110〜175°の間、より一層好ましくは135〜170°の間の角度(β)を呈する、請求項3に記載の弁組立体。
- 前記可動閉鎖部材は密封板(64)である、請求項1から4のうちいずれか一項に記載の弁組立体。
- 前記密封ユニット(60)は、金属材料、好ましくはステンレス鋼製である、請求項1から5のうちいずれか一項に記載の弁組立体。
- 前記密封ユニット(60)は、ポリマー材料製である、請求項1から5のうちいずれか一項に記載の弁組立体。
- 前部分(80)では前記座部材(62)のための接続部を形成し、後部分(81)ではカニューレ(3)の後部分を保持するように配置した保持部材(23)のためのカップリングを備える結合部材(8)を備える、請求項1から7のうちいずれか一項に記載の弁組立体。
- カテーテル(2)、前記カテーテル(2)内に延在可能なカニューレ(3)、及び血液、透析液又は他の液体を患者に送入又は患者から送出するように前記カテーテル(2)に接続したハブ(4)を備える、カテーテル導入器組立体(1)であって、前記ハブ(4)は、前記カテーテル(2)の遠位端部と同軸である直線通路(12)が貫通する後導管(45)及び前側部分(41)を備え、前記カテーテル(2)は、前記前側部分(41)に接続され、好ましくは管状金属針の形態の前記カニューレ(3)は、前記カテーテル(2)と前記ハブ(4)との間に搬送接続部(43、420、421)を確立するために前記ハブ(4)から取り除かれるように配置した、カテーテル導入器組立体(1)において、
前記ハブ(4)は、前記ハブ(4)の後部分(40)で、前記搬送接続部(43、420、421)の後方に隣接して位置決めした、請求項1から8のうちいずれか一項に記載の弁組立体(6)を更に備え、前記弁(6)は、開放位置及び閉鎖位置を取るように配置し、前記開放位置では、前記カニューレ(3)は前記弁を貫通するように配置され、前記閉鎖位置では、前記密封ユニット(60)は、前記搬送接続部(43、420、421)からの流体が前記後導管(40)内を通るのを防ぐように前記搬送接続部(43、420、421)から前記後部分(40)を密封するように配置されることを特徴とする、カテーテル導入器組立体(1)。 - 前記ハブ(4)が前記カテーテル(2)と遠位導管(5)との間に、前記遠位導管(5)を介して血液、透析液又は他の液体を患者に送入又は患者から送出するための接続部を形成するように、前記カテーテル(2)と前記遠位導管(5)との間に接続した分岐導管(42)を更に備える、請求項9に記載のカテーテル導入器組立体。
- 前記搬送接続部(43、420、421)に面する前記座部材(62)の一部は、前記密封ユニット(60)が閉鎖位置にあるとき前記分岐導管(42)と位置合わせされる傾斜前端部を有し、前記傾斜前端部は、入口室(43)と前記分岐導管(42)との間に実質的に突然の構造変化がない平滑通路(420)を形成する、請求項10に記載のカテーテル導入器組立体。
- 前記弁組立体(6)は、前記直線通路(12)と同軸になるように配置した直線貫通路(87、67)を備え、前記弁組立体(6)は、前記開放位置では前記カニューレ(3)が前記直線貫通路(87、67)を貫通することを可能にし、前記弁組立体(6)は、前記閉鎖位置では血液又は透析液が前記直線貫通路(87、67)を通るのを防止する、請求項9〜11のうちいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル導入器組立体。
- 前記弁組立体(6)は、前部分(80)には前記座(61)のための接続部を形成し、後部分(81)には前記カニューレ(3)の前記後部分を保持するように配置した保持部材(23)のためのカップリングを備える結合部材(8)を備える、請求項9〜12のうちいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル導入器組立体。
- 前記ハブ(4)の前記後部分(40)は、1対の羽根部(29)を備え、前記羽根部(29)は、スリーブ(28)を介して前記ハブ(4)に取り付けられ、前記スリーブ(28)は、前記ハブ(4)に回転装着するように配置する、請求項9〜13のうちいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル導入器組立体。
- 前記ハブ(4)の前記後部分(40)の外部は、前記カテーテル(2)を瘻内に挿入/瘻から引き出すときの把持領域を設けるための粗面(44)を備える、請求項9〜16のうちいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル導入器組立体。
- 前記座体の前記傾斜前端部(61)は、前記入口室(43)に対して90〜180°の間、好ましくは110〜175°の間、より一層好ましくは135〜170°の間の角度(α)を呈する、請求項9〜17のうちいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル導入器組立体。
- 請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一項に記載の弁組立体(6)を備える、カテーテル導入器組立体。
