Claims (10)
- タンク(3)を有し、そして還元剤が前記タンク(3)から引き込まれることができる前記タンク(3)内の吸入位置(5)を有する送給ユニット(4)を有する、液体還元剤を供給する装置(1)であって、前記吸入位置(5)は、当該吸入位置(5)と分割層(6)との間に閉じた中間スペース(7)が設けられるように前記分割層(6)によってカバーされ、前記分割層(6)は、前記タンク(3)から前記中間スペース(7)への流入方向(23)に比べて、前記中間スペース(7)から前記タンク(3)への流出方向(24)において、還元剤のためのより高い流れ抵抗を有する、装置(1)。
- 前記分割層(6)は、前記タンク(3)と前記中間スペース(7)との間の少なくとも0.01バール〜0.1バールの閾値圧力差まで前記流入方向(23)において還元剤を一方向に透過させる、請求項1に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記分割層(6)は、前記流出方向(24)において前記分割層(6)の前記流れ抵抗を増加させる少なくとも1つのバリア層(8)を有するフィルタ(18)である、請求項1または2に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記分割層(6)は、前記流出方向(24)において前記分割層(6)の前記流れ抵抗を増加させる少なくとも1つの流れを妨げる手段(22)を有するスクリーン(19)である、請求項1または2に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記送給ユニット(4)は、前記タンク(3)内に少なくとも部分的に配置されるチャンバ(9)内に配置され、前記チャンバ(9)と前記分割層(6)との間に取り囲む中間スペース(7)が設けられるように、前記分割層(6)は、前記チャンバ(9)を囲む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記分割層(6)の周辺で前記タンク(3)内に少なくとも1つのガイド構造物(10)が配置され、前記ガイド構造物は、還元剤を前記分割層(6)の方へ導く、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記分割層(6)は、前記中間スペース(7)の中から外へ前記流出方向(24)において気泡を透過させる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記分割層(6)は、前記流入方向(23)において熱の流れを促進し、前記流出方向(24)において熱の流れを低減させる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記分割層(6)は、当該分割層(6)に安定性を与える支持構造物(11)を有し、還元剤のための前記支持構造物(11)の前記流れ抵抗は、前記流入方向(23)および前記流出方向(24)においてごくわずかである、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。
- 内燃機関(13)を有し、そして前記内燃機関(13)の排ガスの浄化のための排ガス処理装置(2)を有し、さらにまた前記排ガス処理装置(2)に還元剤を供給するように設計される請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)を有する自動車両(12)。
