Claims (13)
- 積層方向(y)に隣接配置されたバッテリセル(5)の少なくとも2つのスタック(3,4)を備え、前記スタック(3,4)が隣接して且つ前記積層方向に対して垂直に配置され、隣接配置された少なくとも2つのスタック(3,4)が互いに対して前記積層方向(y)にずらして配置された再充電可能電気バッテリ(1)、好ましくは電気自動車用で、特に高電圧バッテリであって、スタック(3,4)の少なくとも1つのバッテリセル(5)が隣接するスタック(4,3)の少なくとも1つのバッテリセル(5)と少なくとも部分的に重なるように配置されることを特徴とするバッテリ。
- 前記2つのスタック(3,4)のずれ(V)が、バッテリセル(5)の厚み(D)の約半分であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの第1の冷却空気チャネル(26)が、前記重なり(25)の領域において形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリ(1)。
- 少なくとも1つのバッテリセル(5)がプラスチックセルケーシング(14)によって封止され、前記プラスチックセルケーシング(14)が、前記バッテリセル(5)の短辺側(5a)に沿って、好ましくはセル中間平面(15)の領域において、突出シーリングシーム(16)を有し、スタック(3,4)の隣接するバッテリセル(5)の各前記シーリングシーム(16)間に空間(17)が画定されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの空間(17)が、第1及び/又は第2の冷却空気チャネル(26,27)を形成することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリ(1)。
- 少なくとも第1の冷却空気チャネル(26)が、前記バッテリ(1)の縦軸(z)の方向に配置され、少なくとも第2の冷却空気チャネル(27)が、前記縦軸(z)に対して垂直に且つ前記積層方向(y)に対して垂直に延出する前記バッテリ(1)の横軸(x)の方向に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリ(1)。
- 前記一方のスタック(3,4)のバッテリセル(5)の少なくとも1つのシーリングシーム(16)が、前記他方のスタック(4,3)の2つの隣接するバッテリセル(5)の前記シーリングシーム(16)によって画定される空間(17)内に突出することを特徴とする請求項4乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ(1)。
- 少なくとも1つのスタック(3,4)の2つの隣接するバッテリセル(5)間に熱的且つ電気的な絶縁層(23)が配置され、前記絶縁層(21)が絶縁箔によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの空間(17)が冷却空気チャネル(26,27)を形成し、前記空間(17)の境界を形成する又は前記空間(17)内に突出する前記シーリングシーム(16)が前記冷却空気流のための案内表面を形成することを特徴とする請求項4乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ(1)。
- 2つの隣接するバッテリセル(5)を電気的に接続するための少なくとも1つのセルコネクタ(19,20)(好ましくはU字形のプロファイル又はY字形のプロファイルを有する)が第2の冷却空気チャネル(27)内に突出することを特徴とする請求項5乃至9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ(1)。
- 前記第1及び/又は第2の冷却空気チャネル(26,27)が前記バッテリ(1)を冷却するための閉冷却空気回路(28)の一部であり、好ましくは前記冷却空気回路(28)が少なくとも1つの冷却空気ファン(29)及び少なくとも1つの熱交換器(30)を有することを特徴とする請求項3乃至10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ(1)。
- 部分的に重なるバッテリセル(5)を備える各2つのスタック(3,4)がバッテリモジュール(2)を形成し、好ましくは各バッテリモジュール(2)が2つの好ましくは熱的及び/又は電気的に絶縁するプレート(6)間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ(1)。
- 前記プレート(6)が前記重なり(25)の領域に段差(24)を備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のバッテリ(1)。
