Claims (15)
- プラスチックの射出成形部材、特に自動車の内装の取り付け部材であって、プラスチックに繊維が加えられ、
プラスチックに加えられる繊維がセルロース系天然繊維である、射出成形部材。 - 射出成形部材が、表面に繊維が見えない平坦な表面を有する、請求項1に記載の射出成形部材。
- プラスチックに加えられる繊維がリヨセルである、請求項1または2に記載の射出成形部材。
- 繊維が1 dtex〜7 dtexの太さを有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形部材。
- 繊維が15〜75 mmの長さに切断されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形部材。
- 太さが1.3 dtexの繊維は、破断伸度が約13%であり、強度が約37 cN/texである、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形部材。
- 繊維が10〜30 μmの直径を有する、請求項1〜6に記載の射出成形部材。
- 繊維が縦方向の内部構造を有し、その内部構造もまた縦方向の内部構造を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形部材。
- 繊維は直径が0.5〜1 μmのマクロフィブリルの束から構成される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形部材。
- マクロフィブリルは直径が0.1〜0.2 μmのミクロフィブリルから構成される、請求項9に記載の射出成形部材。
- ミクロフィブリルは直径が10〜100 nmのナノフィブリルから構成される、請求項10に記載の射出成形部材。
- プラスチックがポリプロピレンである、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形部材。
- プラスチックとセルロース系繊維とを含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形部材を製造するためのコンパウンド。
13. A compound for manufacturing an injection-moulded part according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the compound contains a plastic and cellulose-based fibers. - 射出成形部材に加えられる繊維がリヨセルである、請求項13に記載のコンパウンド。
- 繊維を高含量で含む粒状の形態で、繊維が射出成型機に供給される、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形部材を製造するための方法。
