Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 骨接合装置であって、
骨的要素(10)に沿って調節可能なプレート(12)と、該プレート(12)を介して前記骨的要素(10)に固定される少なくとも一つのピン(26)とを一方に備え、
前記少なくとも一つのピン(26)を受けて、前記プレート(12)及び前記少なくとも一つのピン(26)を強固に接続できる固定ブッシング(30)を他方に備え、
前記固定ブッシング(30)は、螺合可能部(32)、及び前記プレート(12)を介して前記螺合可能部(32)を螺合する運動推進部(34)を備え、
前記螺合可能部(32)及び前記運動推進部(34)は、破断可能領域(38)によって互いに軸方向で分け隔てられるようにしてあり、
前記螺合可能部(32)は、間にノッチ(50)を形成する複数の軸方向スリット(44)を備え、
前記ノッチ(50)を同心円状に変形して前記ピン(26)が締められるようにするために、前記プレートを介して前記螺合可能部(32)を螺合した場合、前記螺合可能部(32)が前記プレート(12)と連動できるようにしてあり、
前記破断可能領域(38)は、前記螺合可能部(32)を前記運動推進部(34)から解放するために破断するようにしてあり、
前記少なくとも1つのピン(26)の周囲にある前記ノッチ(50)の相対位置を調整できるようにするために、前記軸方向スリット(44)は、前記破断可能領域(38)内に延びる形状を有しており、前記破断可能領域(38)が破断した場合に前記螺合可能部(32)が独立したノッチ(50)へと断片化されるようにしてある
ことを特徴とする骨接合装置。 - 前記破断可能領域(38)は、自発的な破断が可能であって、前記ノッチ(50)が前記少なくとも一つのピン(26)を締めた場合に前記破断可能領域を破断することができ、前記運動推進部(34)は圧力によって運動するようにしてある
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の骨接合装置。 - 前記固定ブッシング(30)は、前記破断可能領域(38)を形成するために、前記螺合可能部(32)及び前記運動推進部(34)の間に溝(36)を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の骨接合装置。 - 前記螺合可能部(32)は、前記破断可能領域(38)に対向する円形自由端(40)を有し、
前記螺合可能部(32)の直径は、前記破断可能領域(38)から前記円形自由端(40)に向けて減少するようにしてある
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の骨接合装置。 - 前記螺合可能部(32)は、回転する円錐台形状の包囲体を有し、
前記螺合可能部(32)は、その対称軸に対して角度βを形成する直線母線を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載の骨接合装置。 - 前記プレート(12)の厚み内へ螺合されるようにしてある中間ブッシング(16)を更に備え、
前記固定ブッシング(30)は、前記中間ブッシング(16)の内側に結合するようにしてある
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の骨接合装置。 - 前記中間ブッシング(16)は、円錐台形状の回転対称性を有する溝付開口部(24)を備え、
前記溝付開口部(24)は、その対称軸に対して角度αを形成する直線母線を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1つに記載の骨接合装置。 - 前記螺合可能部(32)が有する前記角度βは、前記溝付開口部(24)が有する角度αよりも大きい
ことを特徴とする請求項5乃至7のいずれか1つに記載の骨接合装置。 - 前記螺合可能部(32)は、4つの軸方向スリット(44)を有しており、ペア毎に互いに直径方向に対向してある
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1つに記載の骨接合装置。 - 前記固定ブッシング(30)の前記運動推進部(34)は、直径方向に対向する2つの平面(46、48)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1つに記載の骨接合装置。
