Abstract
Description
本発明は、長手支持体用の受入スリーブと、骨スクリューと、シャンクヘッド部材とを有する椎弓根スクリューシステムに関し、前記骨スクリューは、外ネジ山として構成された骨ネジ山と内ネジ山として構成された接続ネジ山とを有し、前記シャンクヘッド部材は、近位側端部(外科医の視点からの)に、その上に前記受入スリーブが支持されるヘッドを有し、そして、前記シャンクヘッド部材は、遠位側端部(外科医の視点からの)に、外ネジ山として構成されて、前記骨スクリューの前記接続ネジ山にねじ込まれる接続ネジ山を有する。
長手支持体を受け入れるための内ネジ山を有し、2つの径方向に対向する長手スリットの各々は、所定のギャップ幅のスリットギャップを画定する。前記長手支持体は、互いに平行に延びる前記長手スリットに横方向から挿入することができ、例えばスタッドスクリュー、ネジ山付きナット又はセットスクリューの形状の、ロック部材によって、前記内ネジ山にねじ込むことができる。

Claims (11)
- 長手支持体用の受入スリーブと、骨スクリューとシャンクヘッド部材とを含む椎弓根スクリューシステムであって、
前記骨スクリューは、外ネジ山として構成された骨ネジ山と内ネジ山として構成された接続ネジ山とを有し、
前記シャンクヘッド部材は、近位側端部に、その上に前記受入スリーブが支持されるヘッドを有し、そして、前記シャンクヘッド部材は、遠位側端部に、外ネジ山として構成されて、前記骨スクリューの前記接続ネジ山にねじ込まれる接続ネジ山を有するものにおいて、
前記両接続ネジ山が共にマルチネジ山として構成され、かつ、そのそれぞれが、遠位側接続ネジ山部と近位側接続ネジ山部とを備え、
前記遠位側接続ネジ山部と前記近位側接続ネジ山部とが同じネジ山ピッチを有し、そして、
前記遠位側接続ネジ山部は、前記近位側接続ネジ山部よりも小さな直径を有する椎弓根スクリューシステム。 - 前記骨スクリューの前記接続ネジ山は、第1遠位側接続ネジ山部と第2近位側接続ネジ山部とを備えるダブルネジ山として構成され、そして、
前記シャンクヘッド部材の前記接続ネジ山は、第1遠位側接続ネジ山部と第2近位側接続ネジ山部とを有するダブルネジ山として構成されている請求項1に記載の椎弓根スクリューシステム。 - 前記各接続ネジ山部のネジ山直径とネジ山ピッチとはそれぞれ一定である請求項1又は2に記載の椎弓根スクリューシステム。
- 前記シャンクヘッド部材は、当該シャンクヘッド部材と前記骨スクリューとがそれらの各接続ネジ山を介して、互いに完全に螺合された時に、前記骨スクリューの停止面、特に、その近位側端部面がそれに当接する停止部を有する請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の椎弓根スクリューシステム。
- 前記骨スクリューは、長手軸心方向に延出する、特に、盲穴又は貫通穴の形状で、異なる内径の部分を含む、中央段付き開口部を有する請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の椎弓根スクリューシステム。
- 前記骨スクリューの中央開口部は、非ネジ山であるか又は内側トルクス部を備える、近位側部分と、遠位側非ネジ山部とを有し、前記遠位側接続ネジ山部と前記近位側接続ネジ山部とがそれらの間に配置されている請求項5に記載の椎弓根スクリューシステム。
- 前記シャンクヘッド部材は、近位側非ネジ山部と遠位側非ネジ山部とを備える段付きジャーナルを有し、前記遠位側接続ネジ山部と前記近位側接続ネジ山部とがそれらの間に配置されている請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の椎弓根スクリューシステム。
- 前記遠位側非ネジ山部は前記遠位側接続ネジ山部の直径よりも小さな直径を有し、近位側非ネジ山部は前記近位側接続ネジ山部の直径よりも大きな直径を有する請求項6又は7に記載の椎弓根スクリューシステム。
- 前記シャンクヘッド部材は、長手軸心方向に延出する、特に、貫通穴の形態の、中央開口部を有する請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の椎弓根スクリューシステム。
- 前記骨ネジ山は、実質的に一定のコア直径を有する円筒状ネジ山コアを有する請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の椎弓根スクリューシステム。
- 前記骨ネジ山のネジ山深さは、前記接続ネジ山の領域において一定である請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の椎弓根スクリューシステム。
