Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 椎弓根スクリューのためのアンカーであって、
近位端、近位部、遠位部、および遠位端を備えるアンカー本体と、
前記近位端から前記遠位端まで前記アンカー本体を通る貫通穴であって、前記アンカーの長軸を規定し、前記近位部においてサイズ不足の雌ネジを、また、前記遠位部において減少した内径を備え、前記減少した内径は、スクリューが前記貫通穴に挿入されると、前記アンカー本体の少なくとも前記遠位部の拡張を引起すように構成される、貫通穴と、
前記アンカー本体の外部表面上に複数の隆起部とを備え、前記隆起部は、前記アンカーが椎骨に挿入され、スクリューが前記貫通穴に挿入されると、引抜きの可能性を低減するように構成されるアンカー。 - スクリューが前記貫通穴に挿入される間、前記アンカーが回転するのを防止するように構成される少なくとも1つの構造をさらに備える請求項1に記載のアンカー。
- 前記アンカーが前記椎骨に挿入され、スクリューが前記アンカーに挿入されるときに、前記アンカーが、椎骨にさらに入るように移動するのを防止するように構成された少なくとも1つのリップをさらに備える請求項1に記載のアンカー。
- 前記長軸に平行な複数の軸方向切断部をさらに備える請求項1に記載のアンカー。
- 前記複数の軸方向切断部は、90°離れて配置された4つの軸方向切断部からなる請求項4に記載のアンカー。
- 少なくとも2つの軸方向切断部は、前記アンカー本体の前記近位端から遠位に延び、2つの軸方向切断部は、前記アンカー本体の前記遠位端から近位に延びる請求項5に記載のアンカー。
- 前記アンカーは、本質的にポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)からなる請求項1に記載のアンカー。
- 前記スクリューが前記貫通穴に挿入される間、前記アンカーが回転するのを防止するように構成されるテーパ付き径をさらに備える請求項1に記載のアンカー。
- 骨スクリューであって、
雄ネジを備える中心シャフトと、
近位端、近位部、遠位部、遠位端、および、前記近位端から前記遠位端まで配列される軸を備える外側本体と、
前記中心シャフトの前記雄ネジを受取るように構成される雌ネジを備える前記外側本体内のキャビティと、
前記キャビティ内の減少した内径とを備え、前記減少した内径は、前記外側本体の前記遠位部に位置し、前記減少した内径は、前記外側本体が、前記中心シャフト上を伝ってねじ込まれると、前記外側本体の前記遠位部を拡張させるように構成される骨スクリュー。 - 前記外側本体は、ドライブ部をさらに備える請求項9に記載の骨スクリュー。
- 前記軸に平行な少なくとも1つの軸方向切断部をさらに備え、前記少なくとも1つの軸方向切断部は、前記外側本体の前記遠位部に少なくとも部分的に配置される請求項9に記載の骨スクリュー。
- 前記少なくとも1つの軸方向切断部は、複数の軸方向切断部からなり、前記少なくとも1つの円周方向切断部は、複数の円周方向切断部からなる請求項11に記載の骨スクリュー。
- 前記外側本体は、本質的にポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)からなる請求項9に記載の骨スクリュー。
- 前記スクリューが前記貫通穴に挿入される間、前記アンカーが回転するのを防止するように構成されるテーパ付き径をさらに備える請求項9に記載の骨スクリュー。
- 骨スクリューであって、
近位シャフトおよび遠位部を備える第1のコンポーネントであって、前記近位シャフトは雄嵌合ネジを備え、前記遠位部は骨ネジを備える、第1のコンポーネントと、
外側表面および内側貫通穴を備える第2のコンポーネントとを備え、前記外側表面は骨ネジを備え、前記内側貫通穴は、前記近位シャフトの前記雄嵌合ネジと嵌合するように構成される雌嵌合ネジを備え、前記第2のコンポーネントは、前記雌嵌合ネジが、前記遠位部の前記骨ネジ上を通されると拡張するように構成される骨スクリュー。 - ドライブ部をさらに備える請求項15に記載の骨スクリュー。
- 前記第2のコンポーネントは、少なくとも1つの軸方向切断部をさらに備える請求項15に記載の骨スクリュー。
- 前記少なくとも1つの軸方向切断部は、複数の軸方向切断部からなる請求項17に記載の骨スクリュー。
- 本質的にポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)からなる請求項15に記載の骨スクリュー。
- 前記スクリューが前記貫通穴に挿入される間、前記アンカーが回転するのを防止するように構成されるテーパ付き径をさらに備える請求項15に記載の骨スクリュー。
