Claims (20)
- LEDベース照明モジュールであって、
第1の波長変換材料を含む第1の表面領域及び第2の波長変換材料を含む第2の表面領域を有する色変換キャビティと、
前記第1の波長変換材料から物理的に離間した発光面を有し、第1の電流の供給を受けたときに前記色変換キャビティ内へ光を放射して前記第1の波長変換材料を優先的に照射する第1のLEDと、
前記第2の波長変換材料から物理的に離間した発光面を有し、第2の電流の供給を受けたときに前記色変換キャビティ内へ光を放射して前記第2の波長変換材料を優先的に照射する第2のLEDとを含み、
前記第1のLEDの放射光に基づいて当該モジュールから放射される光が1,800K未満であり、
前記第2のLEDの放射光に基づいて当該モジュールから放射される光が5,000K未満であり、
前記第1及び第2の電流を制御することによって、所望の範囲の相関色温度(CCT)を有する光を出力することができるように構成したことを特徴とするLEDベース照明モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載のLEDベース照明モジュールであって、
前記第3の波長変換材料から物理的に離間した発光面を有し、第3の電流の供給を受けたときに前記色変換キャビティ内へ光を放射して第3の波長変換材料を優先的に照射する第3のLEDをさらに含み、
前記第3のLEDの放射光に基づいて当該モジュールから放射される光が3,000K未満であるようにしたことを特徴とするモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載のLEDベース照明モジュールであって、
前記第2のLEDへ前記第2の電流が供給され、かつ前記第1のLEDへ供給される前記第1の電流が実質的に0である場合に、CIE 1931 xy色度図上において目標色点からの色度差Δxyが0.010以内の色点を有する光を放射するように構成したことを特徴とするモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載のLEDベース照明モジュールであって、
前記第1の波長変換材料及び前記第2の波長変換材料が、前記第1のLED及び前記第2のLEDの上方に物理的に離間して配置された透光層の一部として含まれていることを特徴とするモジュール。 - 請求項2に記載のLEDベース照明モジュールであって、
前記第2の波長変換材料を含む出力ウィンドウをさらに含むことを特徴とするモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載のLEDベース照明モジュールであって、
前記第1のLED及び前記第2のLEDが、互いに5nm以内のピーク発光波長を有する光を放射するように構成したことを特徴とするモジュール。 - 請求項2に記載のLEDベース照明モジュールであって、
前記第1、第2及び第3のLEDが、それぞれ互いに5nm以内のピーク発光波長を有する光を放射するように構成したことを特徴とするモジュール。 - 請求項2に記載のLEDベース照明モジュールであって、
前記第1のLEDから放射される前記光に基づいて当該モジュールから放射される前記光が、CIE 1931色空間において黒体軌跡の下側に位置する色点を有し、
前記第3のLEDから放射される前記光に基づいて当該モジュールから放射される前記光が、前記CIE 1931色空間において前記黒体軌跡の上側に位置する色点を有するように構成したことを特徴とするモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載のLEDベース照明モジュールであって、
前記第1のLEDから放射される光の50%以上が前記第1の表面領域に導かれ、前記第2のLEDから放射される光の50%以上が前記第2の表面領域に導かれるように構成したことを特徴とするモジュール。 - LEDベース照明モジュールであって、
第1の波長変換材料を含む第1の表面領域及び第2の波長変換材料を含む第2の表面領域を有する第1の透光素子を備えた色変換キャビティと、
第1の電流の供給を受けたときに前記色変換キャビティ内へ光を放射して前記第1の波長変換材料を優先的に照射する第1のLEDと、
第2の電流の供給を受けたときに前記色変換キャビティ内へ光を放射して前記第2の波長変換材料を優先的に照射する第2のLEDとを含み、
前記第1及び第2の電流を制御することにより、所望の範囲の相関色温度(CCT)を有する光を出力することができるように構成したことを特徴とするLEDベース照明モジュール。 - 請求項10に記載のLEDベース照明モジュールであって、
前記第1の透光素子が、前記第1のLED及び前記第2のLEDの上方に離間して配置されていることを特徴とするモジュール。 - 請求項10に記載のLEDベース照明モジュールであって、
前記第1の透光素子の上側に離間して配置されかつ第3の波長変換材料を含む第2の透光素子をさらに含むことを特徴とするモジュール。 - 請求項10に記載のLEDベース照明モジュールであって、
前記第1のLEDへ前記第1の電流が供給され、かつ前記第2のLEDへ供給される前記第2の電流が実質的に0である場合に、CIE 1931 xy色度図上において目標色点からの色度差Δxyが0.010以内の色点を有する光を放射するように構成したことを特徴とするモジュール。 - 請求項10に記載のLEDベース照明モジュールであって、
前記第1のLED及び前記第2のLEDが、互いに5nm以内のピーク発光波長を有する光を放射するように構成したことを特徴とするモジュール。 - 請求項12に記載のLEDベース照明モジュールであって、
第3の電流の供給を受けたときに前記色変換キャビティ内へ光を放射して第3の波長変換材料を優先的に照射する第3のLEDをさらに含むことを特徴とするモジュール。 - 請求項15に記載のLEDベース照明モジュールであって、
前記第1、第2及び第3のLEDがそれぞれ互いに5nm以内のピーク発光波長を有する光を放射するように構成したことを特徴とするモジュール。 - 請求項15に記載のLEDベース照明モジュールであって、
前記第1のLEDから放射される前記光に基づいて当該モジュールから放射される光が、CIE 1931色空間において黒体軌跡の下側に位置する色点を有し、
前記第3のLEDから放射される前記光に基づいて当該モジュールから放射される前記光が、前記CIE 1931色空間において前記黒体軌跡の上側に位置する色点を有するように構成したことを特徴とするモジュール。 - 請求項10に記載のLEDベース照明モジュールであって、
前記第1のLEDから放射される光の50%以上が前記第1の表面領域に導かれ、前記第2のLEDから放射される光の50%以上が前記第2の表面領域に導かれるように構成したことを特徴とするモジュール。 - LEDベース照明モジュールであって、
第1の波長変換材料を含む第1の表面領域及び第2の波長変換材料を含む第2の表面領域を有する色変換キャビティと、
実装基板と、
前記実装基板に実装され、第1の電流の供給を受けたときに前記色変換キャビティ内へ光を放射して前記第1の波長変換材料を優先的に照射する第1のLEDと、
前記第1のLEDに対して斜角をなして前記実装基板に実装され、第2の電流の供給を受けたときに前記色変換キャビティ内へ光を放射して前記第2の波長変換材料を優先的に照射する第2のLEDとを含み、
前記第1及び第2の電流を制御することによって、所望の範囲の相関色温度(CCT)を有する光を出力することができるように構成したことを特徴とするLEDベース照明モジュール。 - 請求項19に記載のLEDベース照明モジュールであって、
前記第1の表面領域が透光性出力ウィンドウであり、かつ前記第2の表面領域が反射性側壁であることを特徴とするモジュール。
