Claims (9)
- 水及びハロゲン化アルケンを含む発泡剤混合物の存在下で、
a)少なくとも1種の有機ポリイソシアネートを、
b)少なくとも1種のポリオール成分と、
反応させることにより硬質ポリウレタンフォームを製造する方法であって、
水の量が少なくともポリオール成分b)1kg当たり1.80molであり、ハロゲン化アルケンの量が多くてもポリオール成分b)1kg当たり2.00molであることを特徴とする製造方法。 - 前記ポリオール成分b)が、炭酸アルケン、カルボンアミド、ピロリドン、触媒、助剤、添加剤及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される更なる添加剤を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記成分b)が、2〜3の官能価及び150〜450mgKOH/gの水酸基価を有するポリエーテルアルコールbiii)を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエーテルアルコールbiii)を、前記ポリオール成分b)に対して2〜40質量%の量で使用する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記成分b)は、3.5〜5.5の官能価及び350〜600mgKOH/gの水酸基価を有するポリエーテルアルコールbii)を含む、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエーテルアルコールbii)を、前記ポリオール成分b)に対して、20〜55質量%の量で使用する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 水及びハロゲン化アルケンを含む発泡剤混合物を、少なくとも1種の有機ポリイソシアネートa)と少なくとも1種のポリオール成分b)から硬質ポリウレタンフォームを製造するために使用する方法であって、水の量が少なくともポリオール成分b)1kg当たり1.80molであり、ハロゲン化アルケンの量が多くてもポリオール成分b)1kg当たり2.00molである方法。
- 水及びハロゲン化アルケンを含む発泡剤混合物を、少なくとも1種の有機ポリイソシアネートa)と少なくとも1種のポリオール成分b)から形成される硬質ポリウレタンフォームの付着性を向上させ、熱伝導率を低下させるために使用する方法であって、水の量が少なくともポリオール成分b)1kg当たり少なくとも1.80molであり、ハロゲン化アルケンの量が多くてもポリオール成分b)1kg当たり2.00molである方法。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の方法により得られる硬質ポリウレタンフォーム。
