Description
本出願は、2011年7月29日に出願された米国仮特許出願第61/513,233号の利益を主張するものであり、その開示は全体において参照することによって本明細書に援用される。
技術分野
本発明は、水素化処理システムおよび方法、特に炭化水素混合物における触媒を汚染する芳香族窒素成分を効率的に減少させるための水素化処理システムおよび方法に関する。
水素化分解操作は、数多くの石油精製において商業的に用いられている。これは、従来の水素化分解ユニットにおいて370℃〜520℃の範囲の沸点を有する様々な供給物を処理するため、および残りの水素化分解ユニットにおいて520℃以上の沸点を有する様々な供給物を処理するために用いられる。一般に、水素化分解法は、供給物の分子を、より小さい、すなわちより軽い、より高い平均揮発度および経済的価値を有する分子に分ける。さらに、水素化分解は一般に、炭素に対する水素の比率を増加させ、有機硫黄および有機窒素化合物を除去することによって、炭化水素供給原料の質を改善する。水素化分解操作から生じる十分な経済的利益によって、方法の改善およびより活性な触媒の実質的な発展がもたらされている。
1以上の実施態様に従って、本発明は、クリーンな輸送燃料を製造するために重質炭化水素供給原料を水素化分解するシステムおよび方法に関する。統合的水素化分解方法には、初期供給物の芳香族リッチ留分を芳香族リーン留分から分離して水素化処理することが含まれる。
供給原料を、芳香族リッチ留分および芳香族リーン留分に分離する;
芳香族リッチ留分を、芳香族リッチ留分に含まれる芳香族化合物の少なくとも一部を水素化処理および/または水素化分解し、および第1容器第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーン流出物を製造するのに効果的な条件下において操作される第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーンの第1容器に通す;
芳香族リーン留分を、芳香族リーン留分に含まれるパラフィンおよびナフテン化合物の少なくとも一部を水素化処理および/または水素化分解し、および第2容器第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーン流出物を製造するのに効果的な条件下において操作される第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーンの第2容器に通す;
第1容器第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーン流出物および第2容器第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーン流出物の混合物を精留ゾーンにおいて精留して生成物流および底部流を製造する;
精留ゾーン底部流の少なくとも一部を第2段階水素化処理反応ゾーンに通して第2段階水素化処理反応ゾーン流出物を製造する;および
第2段階水素化処理反応ゾーン流出物を精留ゾーンに送る。
供給原料を、芳香族リッチ留分および芳香族リーン留分に分離する;
芳香族リッチ留分を、芳香族リッチ留分に含まれる芳香族化合物の少なくとも一部を水素化処理および/または水素化分解し、および第1容器第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーン流出物を製造するのに効果的な条件下において操作される第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーンの第1容器に通す;
芳香族リーン留分を、芳香族リーン留分に含まれるパラフィンおよびナフテン化合物の少なくとも一部を水素化処理および/または水素化分解し、および第2容器第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーン流出物を製造するのに効果的な条件下において操作される第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーンの第2容器に通す;
第1容器第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーン流出物および第2容器第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーン流出物の混合物を精留ゾーンにおいて精留して1以上の生成物流および1以上の底部流を製造する;
精留ゾーン底部流の少なくとも一部を第2段階水素化処理反応ゾーンに通して第2段階水素化処理反応ゾーン流出物を製造する;および
第2段階水素化処理反応ゾーン流出物を精留ゾーンに送る。
Claims (8)
- 供給原料から分解炭化水素を製造する統合的水素化分解方法であって:
a.炭化水素供給物を芳香族リーン留分および芳香族リッチ留分に分離する工程;
b.第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーンの第1容器において芳香族リッチ留分を水素化処理し、第1容器第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーン流出物を製造する工程;
c.第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーンの第2容器において芳香族リーン留分を水素化処理し、第2容器第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーン流出物を製造する工程;
d.第1容器第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーン流出物および第2容器第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーン流出物の混合物を精留し、1以上の精留ゾーン生成物流および1以上の精留ゾーン底部流を製造する工程;
e.第2段階水素化処理反応ゾーンにおいて精留ゾーン底部流の少なくとも一部を水素化処理し、第2段階水素化処理反応ゾーン流出物を製造する工程;
f.第2段階水素化処理反応ゾーン流出物を精留工程に運ぶ工程
を含む方法。 - 第1容器第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーンは、芳香族リッチ留分に含まれる芳香族化合物の少なくとも一部からヘテロ原子を除去し、および水素化分解するのに効果的である比較的厳しい条件下において操作される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2容器第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーンは、芳香族リーン留分に含まれるパラフィンおよびナフテン化合物の少なくとも一部からヘテロ原子を除去し、および水素化分解するのに効果的である比較的穏和な条件下において操作される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2段階水素化処理反応ゾーンは、精留ゾーン底部流に含まれるパラフィンおよびナフテン化合物の少なくとも一部からヘテロ原子を除去し、および水素化分解するのに効果的である比較的穏和な条件下において操作される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 芳香族リッチ留分には、ピロール、キノリン、アクリジン、カルバゾールおよびそれらの由来物を含む芳香族窒素化合物が含まれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 芳香族リッチ留分には、チオフェン、ベンゾチオフェンおよびそれらの由来物、ならびにジベンゾチオフェンおよびそれらの由来物を含む芳香族硫黄化合物が含まれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 炭化水素供給物を芳香族リーン留分および芳香族リッチ留分に分離する工程は:
炭化水素供給物および有効量の抽出溶媒を抽出ゾーンに導入し、
炭化水素供給物の芳香族含有物の大部分および抽出溶媒の一部を含む抽出物および
炭化水素供給物の非芳香族含有物の大部分および抽出溶媒の一部を含むラフィネート
を製造すること;
ラフィネートから少なくとも実質的に一部の抽出溶媒を分離し、芳香族リーン留分を残すこと;ならびに
抽出物から少なくとも実質的に一部の抽出溶媒を分離し、芳香族リッチ留分を残すこと
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - クリーンな輸送燃料を製造するための重質炭化水素供給原料処理用の統合的装置であって、
炭化水素供給物から芳香族有機硫黄化合物を抽出するよう操作可能な芳香族分離ゾーン(芳香族分離ゾーンは、炭化水素供給物を受けるための入口、芳香族リッチ出口および芳香族リーン出口を含む);
芳香族リッチ出口と流体連通する入口および第1容器第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーン流出物を送り出すための出口を有する第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーンの第1容器;
芳香族リーン出口と流体連通する入口、および第2容器第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーン流出物を送り出すための出口を有する第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーンの第2容器;
第1段階水素化処理反応ゾーン流出物および第2段階水素化処理反応ゾーン流出物の両方と流体連通する入口、生成物を送り出すための1以上の出口および精留ゾーン底部を送り出すための1以上の出口を有する精留ゾーン;ならびに
精留ゾーン底部流と流体連通する入口および第2段階水素化処理反応ゾーン流出物を送り出すための出口を有する第2段階水素化処理反応ゾーン
を含む装置。
