Abstract
Description
本願は、その内容がそのまま本明細書にて引用され、2011年7月29日出願の米国仮特許出願第61/513303号の利益を主張する。
本発明は炭化水素の原料を流動接触分解するためのプロセスおよびシステムに関する。
輸送燃料および石油化学製品を製造するための原料として原油が使用される。輸送用燃料は、典型的には、原油より蒸留した留分を個々の最終使用の仕様に合うように処理し、ブレンドすることで製造される。天然の石油または原油の組成は大きく変化するが、原油はすべて有機硫黄および他の含硫化合物を含有する。一般に、全原油中に含まれる硫黄含有の炭化水素化合物の濃度は約5重量%よりも低く、原油の多くはその硫黄濃度が約0.5〜1.5重量%の範囲にある。現在利用可能な原油源の多くは硫黄を多く含むため、蒸留された留分は、性能仕様および/または環境基準を満たす製品を得るには脱硫されなければならない。たとえ、脱硫したとしても、炭化水素の燃料は未だに望ましくない量の硫黄を含有しうる。
a.液体炭化水素原料および過剰量の水素ガスを混合帯にて混合し、一部の水素ガスを液体炭化水素原料に溶かし、水素に富む液体炭化水素原料を生成する工程;
b.水素に富む液体炭化水素原料と残りの水素をフラッシング帯に導入し、そこで未溶解の水素の少なくとも一部をフラッシュさせる工程;
c.フラッシング帯からの水素に富む液体炭化水素原料を流動接触分解の反応・分離帯に導入し、それを原料の低沸点の炭化水素への変換を含む反応のための流動接触性クラッキング触媒と接触させる工程;および
d.変換された炭化水素生成物を流動接触分解の反応・分離帯より回収する工程
を含む、プロセスおよびシステムを広く包含する。
液体炭化水素原料ストリーム110を受け入れるための少なくとも一つの注入口、および水素ガスストリーム112を受け入れるための少なくとも一つの注入口、および複合ストリーム120を送り出すための排出口を有する混合帯114;
複合ストリーム120を送り出す排出口と流体連絡する注入口、混合帯114の一または複数の水素ガス注入口と流体連絡するガス排出口、および水素に富む原料130を送り出すための排出口を有するフラッシング帯122;および
フラッシング帯122の水素に富む原料の排出口と流体連絡する注入口、および生成物の排出口を有するFCCユニット
を含む。
Claims (13)
- 液体炭化水素原料を、流動接触分解の反応・分離帯にて低分子量の炭化水素化合物に変換するプロセスであって、
a.液体炭化水素原料および過剰量の水素ガスを混合帯にて混合し、水素ガスの一部を液体炭化水素原料に溶かし、水素に富む液体炭化水素原料を生成し;
b.水素に富む液体炭化水素原料と残りの水素をフラッシング帯に導入し、そこで未溶解の水素の少なくとも一部をフラッシュさせ;
c.水素に富む液体炭化水素原料を、フラッシング帯から、低沸点の炭化水素への変換を含む反応のための流動接触性クラッキング触媒を含有する流動接触分解の反応・分離帯に通し;および
d.変換された炭化水素の生成物を流動接触分解の反応・分離帯より回収する
ことを含む、プロセス。 - 液体炭化水素原料が含硫炭化水素化合物を含むプロセスであって、水素を含硫炭化水素化合物と反応させ、脱硫炭化水素化合物および硫化水素を生成し、硫化水素を変換された炭化水素生成物と一緒に流動接触分解の反応・分離帯から回収することを含む、請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 液体炭化水素原料が含窒素炭化水素化合物を含むプロセスであって、水素を含窒素炭化水素化合物と反応させ、脱窒素炭化水素化合物およびアンモニアを生成し、アンモニアを変換された炭化水素生成物と一緒に流動接触分解の反応・分離帯から回収することを含む、請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 水素がフラッシング帯より回収され、混合帯にて液体炭化水素原料と混合するために再循環される、請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 混合帯が水素分配装置槽を含み、そこで水素ガスを炭化水素原料と乱流条件下で接触させる、請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 分配装置槽が複数の注入ポートを含む、請求項5記載のプロセス。
- 混合帯が約5バール〜約200バールの範囲の圧力で維持される、請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 混合帯における水素の正規化容量の液体炭化水素の容量に対する容量割合が、約300:1〜約3000:1の範囲にて維持される、請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 液体炭化水素原料が、原油、合成原油、分解ビチューメン、油砂、分解シェールオイル、石炭液化油、真空軽油、脱アスファルト油、脱金属油、未変換の水素化分解装置残油、水素化分解装置再循環ストリーム、水素化処理の真空軽油、軽質コーカー軽油、重質コーカー軽油、軽質サイクルオイル、重質サイクルオイル、精製スラリーオイル、ビスブレーキング軽油、およびそれらの組み合わせを包含する、請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 変換された炭化水素の生成物が、ナフサストリーム、軽質サイクルオイルストリーム、重質サイクルオイルストリームおよびスラリーオイルストリームを包含する、請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 軽質サイクルオイルが請求項1に記載の工程(a)における混合帯に再循環される、請求項10記載のプロセス。
- 流動接触分解の反応・分離帯に水素化分解性触媒を導入し、ヘテロ原子含有炭化水素のヘテロ原子不含炭化水素への変換を促進することをさらに含む、請求項1記載のプロセス。
- フラッシング帯から由来の原料の流出物の圧力および温度が、流動接触分解および反応帯に流入する溶存水素の濃度を最大とするように維持される、請求項1記載のプロセス。
