Abstract
Description
(1) ガイディング装置であって、
細長い本体と、拡張性先端部と、を備え、該先端部が、巻き戻し方向への回転に対する抵抗力によって該先端部を拡張するような巻き形状を有する複数の螺旋状部材を含み、該螺旋状部材が、前記ガイディング装置を巻き方向に回転すると、穴あけを行うように構成されるねじ山を形成する、ガイディング装置。
(2) 前記螺旋状部材がニッケル−チタン合金から形成される、実施態様1に記載のガイディング装置。
(3) 前記巻き方向への回転に対する抵抗力によって前記螺旋状部材に張力がかけられると、前記拡張性先端部の剛性が増すように構成される、実施態様1に記載のガイディング装置。
(4) 前記細長い本体が中実ガイドワイヤを含む、実施態様1に記載のガイディング装置。
(5) 前記螺旋状部材が重なった配置で巻かれる、実施態様4に記載のガイディング装置。
(7) 前記細長い本体が、内側管状部材の上に同軸状に配置される外側管状部材を備え、前記螺旋状部材の近位端が前記外側管状部材の遠位端に隣接して固定され、前記螺旋状部材の遠位端が前記内側管状部材の遠位端に隣接して固定される、実施態様1に記載のガイディング装置。
(8) 前記螺旋状部材によって支持される弾性膜を更に含む、実施態様7に記載のガイディング装置。
(9) 外側管状部材の内側管状部材に対する軸方向運動によって、前記螺旋状部材を半径方向にたわませ、前記ガイディング装置の前記先端部を拡張する、実施態様7に記載のガイディング装置。
(10) 前記先端部が、内側管状部材に対して近位方向に外側管状部材へ軸力をかけると、前記先端部の剛性が増すように構成される、実施態様7に記載のガイディング装置。
(12) 前記内側管状部材が、血管内処置を行うための細長い装置を収容するように構成される内腔を更に含む、実施態様7に記載のガイディング装置。
(13) 血管の閉塞性血管疾患の治療方法であって、
a)細長い本体と、拡張性先端部と、を備え、該先端部が巻き形状を有する複数の螺旋状部材を含み、該螺旋状部材がねじ山を形成する、ガイディング装置を準備する段階と、
b)該先端部が閉塞性病変に近接するまで該血管を通して該ガイディング装置を進める段階と、
c)該ガイディング装置を巻き方向に回転させて該ねじ山が該病変部に穴をあける段階と、
d)該ガイディング装置を巻き戻し方向に回転させることによって該病変部の一部を半径方向に移動し、該先端部を拡張する段階と、
を含む、方法。
(14) 前記ガイディング装置を抵抗力に逆らって前記巻き方向に回転させることによって、前記先端部を硬くする段階を更に含む、実施態様13に記載の方法。
(15) 前記細長い本体が、内側管状部材の上に同軸状に配置される外側管状部材を備え、前記螺旋状部材の近位端が前記外側管状部材の遠位端に隣接して固定され、前記螺旋状部材の遠位端が前記内側管状部材の遠位端に隣接して固定され、前記病変部を半径方向に移動する段階が、前記内側管状部材に対して前記巻き戻し方向に前記外側管状部材に回転力をかける段階を含む、実施態様13に記載の方法。
(17) 前記細長い本体が、内側管状部材の上に同軸状に配置される外側管状部材を備え、前記螺旋状部材の近位端が前記外側管状部材の遠位端に隣接して固定され、前記螺旋状部材の遠位端が前記内側管状部材の遠位端に隣接して固定され、前記内側管状部材に対して前記巻き方向に前記外側管状部材に回転力をかけることによって前記先端部を硬くする段階を更に含む、実施態様13に記載の方法。
(18) 前記細長い本体が、内側管状部材の上に同軸状に配置される外側管状部材を備え、前記螺旋状部材の近位端が前記外側管状部材の遠位端に隣接して固定され、前記螺旋状部材の遠位端が前記内側管状部材の遠位端に隣接して固定され、前記内側管状部材に対して近位方向に前記外側管状部材に軸力をかけることによって前記先端部を硬くする段階を更に含む、実施態様13に記載の方法。
(19) 前記先端部を拡張することによって、前記ガイディング装置を前記血管の中心に置く段階を更に含む、実施態様13に記載の方法。
(20) 前記中心に置かれたガイディング装置の前記内側管状部材の内腔を通って、血管内装置を進める段階を更に含む、実施態様19に記載の方法。
Claims (12)
- ガイディング装置であって、
細長い本体と、拡張性先端部と、を備え、該先端部が、巻き戻し方向への回転に対する抵抗力によって該先端部を拡張するような巻き形状を有する複数の螺旋状部材を含み、該螺旋状部材が、前記ガイディング装置を巻き方向に回転すると、穴あけを行うように構成されるねじ山を形成する、ガイディング装置。 - 前記螺旋状部材がニッケル−チタン合金から形成される、請求項1に記載のガイディング装置。
- 前記巻き方向への回転に対する抵抗力によって前記螺旋状部材に張力がかけられると、前記拡張性先端部の剛性が増すように構成される、請求項1に記載のガイディング装置。
- 前記細長い本体が中実ガイドワイヤを含む、請求項1に記載のガイディング装置。
- 前記螺旋状部材が重なった配置で巻かれる、請求項4に記載のガイディング装置。
- 前記遠位先端部が、前記螺旋状部材に張力がかかっていないときにたわんだ形状を示し、前記螺旋状部材に張力がかけられているときに実質的に真っ直ぐな形状を示すように構成される、請求項4に記載のガイディング装置。
- 前記細長い本体が、内側管状部材の上に同軸状に配置される外側管状部材を備え、前記螺旋状部材の近位端が前記外側管状部材の遠位端に隣接して固定され、前記螺旋状部材の遠位端が前記内側管状部材の遠位端に隣接して固定される、請求項1に記載のガイディング装置。
- 前記螺旋状部材によって支持される弾性膜を更に含む、請求項7に記載のガイディング装置。
- 外側管状部材の内側管状部材に対する軸方向運動によって、前記螺旋状部材を半径方向にたわませ、前記ガイディング装置の前記先端部を拡張する、請求項7に記載のガイディング装置。
- 前記先端部が、内側管状部材に対して近位方向に外側管状部材へ軸力をかけると、前記先端部の剛性が増すように構成される、請求項7に記載のガイディング装置。
- 前記外側管状部材の近位端に固定されるノブを更に備え、該ノブが、前記内側管状部材の上に同軸状に配置され、前記内側管状部材に対して前記外側管状部材に回転力及び軸力をかけることが可能なように構成される、請求項7に記載のガイディング装置。
- 前記内側管状部材が、血管内処置を行うための細長い装置を収容するように構成される内腔を更に含む、請求項7に記載のガイディング装置。
