Description
であることができる。本明細書に記載の組織ゲルに使用されるマトリックス分子は、ゲルの粘度を増大するための高分子量を有することが好ましい。
Claims (21)
- 架橋剤と架橋する1つ以上のマトリックス分子、及び前記架橋剤の反応基に結合するクエンチ剤を含む、細胞組織ゲル。
- 前記架橋剤が、エポキシド、ジアルデヒド、N−ヒドロキシスクシンイミドエステル、カルボジイミド、ゲニピン、リボフラビン、フラボノイド、6−マレイミドヘキサン酸活性エステル、ジスクシンイミジルスベレート、スルホスクシンイミジル−4−(N−マレイミドメチル)シクロヘキサン−1−カルボキシレート、及びビス(スルホスクシンイミジル)スベレートからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の細胞組織ゲル。
- 前記クエンチ剤が、ジアミン、オリゴアミン、ポリアミン、ジカルボキシレート、オリゴ−カルボキシレート、ポリカルボキシレート、ポリスルフヒドリル化合物、及びポリヒドロキシ化合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の細胞組織ゲル。
- 前記架橋剤がゲニピンであり、前記クエンチ剤がポリ−L−リジンである、請求項1に記載の細胞組織ゲル。
- 前記ポリ−L−リジンが20kDaを超える平均分子量を有する、請求項4に記載の細胞組織ゲル。
- 前記ポリ−L−リジンが99kDa以上の平均分子量を有する、請求項5に記載の細胞組織ゲル。
- 前記ポリ−L−リジンが212kDa以上の平均分子量を有する、請求項5に記載の細胞組織ゲル。
- 前記架橋剤がエチレングリコールジグリシジルエーテルであり、前記クエンチ剤が水である、請求項1に記載の細胞組織ゲル。
- 前記架橋剤がエチレングリコールジグリシジルエーテルであり、前記クエンチ剤がポリリジン又はγ−ポリグルタミン酸である、請求項1に記載の細胞組織ゲル。
- 前記1つ以上のマトリックス分子が、コラーゲン、ヒアルロナン、ゼラチン、フィブロネクチン、エラスチン、テナシン、ラミニン、ビトロネクチン、ヘパラン硫酸、コンドロイチン、コンドロイチン硫酸、ケラタン、ケラタン硫酸、デルマタン硫酸、カラギーナン、ヘパリン、キチン、キトサン、アルギネート、アガロース、寒天、セルロース、メチルセルロース、カルボキシルメチルセルロース、及びグリコーゲンからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の細胞組織ゲル。
- 前記1つ以上のマトリックス分子が、コラーゲン、ヒアルロナン、及びゼラチンからなる群から選択される、請求項10に記載の細胞組織ゲル。
- 前記1つ以上のマトリックス分子がコラーゲン及びヒアルロナンである、請求項11に記載の細胞組織ゲル。
- 前記1つ以上のマトリックス分子がゼラチンを包含する、請求項4に記載の細胞組織ゲル。
- 前記1つ以上のマトリックス分子がコラーゲンを包含する、請求項8に記載の細胞組織ゲル。
- 前記1つ以上のマトリックス分子がゼラチンを包含する、請求項9に記載の細胞組織ゲル。
- 栄養素及び生物活性剤を更に含む、請求項1に記載の細胞組織ゲル。
- 前記栄養素が細胞培養培地である、請求項16に記載の細胞組織ゲル。
- 前記細胞活性剤が、上皮成長因子、線維芽細胞成長因子、血管内皮細胞増殖因子、結合組織成長因子、血小板由来成長因子、インスリン様成長因子、神経成長因子、肝細胞成長因子、コロニー刺激因子、幹細胞因子、角化細胞成長因子、顆粒球コロニー刺激因子、顆粒球マクロファージコロニー刺激因子(gramulocyte macrophase colony−stimulating factor)、グリア細胞由来神経栄養因子、毛様体神経栄養因子、内皮単球活性化ポリペプチド、上皮性好中球活性化ペプチド、エリスロポエチン、骨形成タンパク質、脳由来神経栄養因子、BRAK、トランスフォーミング成長因子β、及び腫瘍壊死因子からなる群から選択される成長因子である、請求項16に記載の細胞組織ゲル。
- 幹細胞を更に含む、請求項16に記載の細胞組織ゲル。
- 前記コラーゲン及び前記ヒアルロナンが、0.01〜100:1の重量比である、請求項12に記載の細胞組織ゲル。
- 請求項1に記載の細胞組織ゲルを含有する細胞移植材を提供する工程、及び前記移植材を対象の一部位に置く工程を含む、幹細胞を対象に送達する方法。
