Claims (10)
- − 少なくとも1つの、管壁(39)を有する管部分を備え、前記管壁(39)が1つの開口(16)を有し、ならびに
− 前記管部分が直径(D)ならびに第1および第2の端部12.1、12.2を有するセンサ構造部ケーシング(1)であって、
前記第1および/または第2の端部(12.1、12.2)が傾斜(14.1、14.2)を有し、その結果前記直径(D)が前記管部分の前記第1および/または第2の端部(121、12.2)に向かって最終直径(DE)へと小さくなり、この場合前記傾斜が成形過程、特に圧潰によって形成されていることを特徴とするセンサ構造部ケーシング(1)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの開口(16)が1つのセンサ構造部のための1つの貫通部を受け入れ、前記センサ構造部(100)のための前記貫通部が、前記管壁(39)と特にハンダ接合または溶接接合で連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ構造部ケーシング。
- 前記開口(16)がセンサ構造部のための1つの貫通部を受け入れ、また前記貫通部が、ガラスもしくはガラスセラミックス材(42)および/または1つの構成部品(44)を、特に、好ましくは前記ガラスまたはガラスセラミックス材42との、安定した、また最適なガラス取り付けに調和している材料からなる1つの補強構造部を含み、前記構成部品(44)、特に前記補強構造部(44)が前記管壁(39)とハンダ接合または溶接接合で連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のセンサ構造部ケーシング。
- 前記管壁(39)がさらに少なくとも成形によって形成された肥厚部(30.1、30.2)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ構造部ケーシング。
- 前記センサ構造部(100)が1つの管部分、特に容量性測定のための1つの内部管
または
光学センサであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ構造部ケーシング。 - 前記センサ構造部ケーシング(1)が好ましくは前記センサ構造部ケーシング(1)を貫流するおよび/もしくは検知するべき媒体に適合しており、ならびに/または好ましくは以下の材料、
鋼鉄、
特殊鋼、
NiFeCo系合金、
NiFe系合金
の1つもしくはこれらからの組み合わせからなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ構造部ケーシング。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ構造部ケーシングを製造するための方法であって
− 直径(D)および1つの管壁(39)を持つ1つの管部分が提供され、また、前記方法が
− 前記管壁(39)内に、特に穿孔によって少なくとも1つの開口(16)が取り付けられ、前記管部分の第1および/または第2の端部(12.1、12.2)上に、前記管部分の前記直径(D)が減少するように、成形によって傾斜(14.1、14.2)が形成されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記管壁(39)が、成形、特に圧潰によって設けられた肥厚部(30.1、30.2)を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- センサ構造部(100)のための前記貫通部が前記管壁(39)と連結されていることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の方法。
- 液体状または気体状媒体の受容および/または配管のための装置であって、
前記装置が、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項によるセンサ構造部(100)を持つセンサ構造部ケーシング(10)を有し、また前記液体状または気体状媒体が特に、以下の媒体、
天然ガス、水素、窒素、酸素、内燃機関からの排気ガス、産業用プロセスガス、アウトガス、空気、水、特に食塩水、オイル、特にモーター用オイル、
変速機および油圧用オイル、
アルコール、
特にメタノールおよびエタノール、
ガソリンおよびディーゼル燃料、
菜種油、
メチルエステル、
飛行機タービン用燃料、
尿素および尿素溶液、
ハイドロフルオロカーボン
の1つであることを特徴とする装置。
