Abstract
Description
・最も単純な体内プロテーゼにおいて機械部品の数を制限し、これにより、製造コストを低減し、且つ、組み立て品の信頼性および可撓性を高めること、
・プロテーゼでの漏出およびプロテーゼの移動に関するあらゆるリスクを防止すること、
・特には放射線不透過性手段を用いることにより−処置行為を行うとき、または患者の世話をするときに−施術者を支援すること、
を可能にするということに言及することができる。
Claims (17)
- 実質的にチューブ状の主部材(12)を含み、該主部材の上方遠位部分がステント(11、11a)と協働する、脈管用体内プロテーゼ(10)であって、前記体内プロテーゼが、前記ステントの下方部分を覆い、且つ、前記部材の上方遠位部分と協働する、展開可能な織物手段(14)を含むことを特徴とする、脈管用体内プロテーゼ。
- チューブ状部材(12)がポリエステル織物からなっている、請求項1に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- ステント(11a)が展開可能であって、収縮可能ではなく、且つ、クロム−コバルトおよびニチノール系金属メッシュからなっている、請求項1または2に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- ステント(11a)が展開可能であって、収縮可能ではなく、且つ、ステンレス鋼でできた金属メッシュからなっている、請求項1または2に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- 展開可能な手段(14)が弾力性のある合成繊維を含むニット材料からなっている、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- 主部材と協働する実質的にチューブ状の伸展部(22、23、31、32)を更に含む、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- 伸展部(22)がテーパー状の断面を有している、請求項6に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- 主部材(10)が「逆Y字形」からなっていて、該逆Y字形の分岐部(20、21)が前記部材の下方部分に位置している、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- 展開可能な手段(14)の断面は実質的にテーパー状である、請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- 放射線不透過性手段(17、18)を含む、請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- 放射線不透過性手段が、展開可能な手段の上方部分を取り囲むワイヤー(17)からなっている、請求項10に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- 放射線不透過性手段が、その全長にわたって主部材と協働するワイヤー(18)からなっている、請求項10に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- 主部材(12)の下方部分(10b)がステント(11b)を含む、請求項1ないし12のいずれか1項に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- チューブ状の主部材(12)が形状記憶材料からなる複数のワイヤー(12f)により取り囲まれていて、該ワイヤーの断面が部材(12)の断面よりも実質的に小さい、請求項1ないし13のいずれか1項に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- チューブ状の主部材(12)の下方遠位部分(20、21)が、該部材の前記下方部分を取り囲む波状の形状記憶材料からなるワイヤー(25)を含んでいる、請求項1ないし14のいずれか1項に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- チューブ状の主部材(12)の伸展部(22、23、31、32)が、前記伸展部を取り囲む波状の形状記憶材料からなるワイヤー(25)を含んでいる、請求項6から15のいずれか1項に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- 主部材(12)の上方遠位部分と協働するステント(11、11a)が側方への血流を促進する1個もしくは数個の開口を含んでいる、請求項1ないし16のいずれか1項に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
