Claims (15)
- 太陽電池モジュール(1)であって、
a)支持体層(2)と、該支持体層の上に重ねて配置される第1の中間層(3)と、少なくとも1つの太陽電池(4)と、第2の中間層(5)と、前面ガラス(6)とを含み、
さらに、
b)第1の縁部補強層(7.1)と、第2の縁部補強層(7.2)と、少なくとも1つの接続ハウジング(20)と、前記太陽電池(4)を前記接続ハウジング(20)に導電的に接続させる少なくとも2つのバスバー(21.1,21.2)とを含み、
前記支持体層(2)は、前記前面ガラス(6)を越える周辺突出部(13)を有しており、
前記第1の縁部補強層(7.1)は、前記周辺突出部(13)の上方に配置され、凹部(16)を有しており、
前記第2の縁部補強層(7.2)は、前記第1の縁部補強層(7.1)の上方に配置され、開口部(17)を有しており、
前記バスバー(21.1,21.2)が前記凹部(16)と前記開口部(17)に配置されていることを特徴とする、太陽電池モジュール(1)。 - 前記第2の縁部補強層(7.2)は、前記全面ガラス(6)の少なくとも1つの周辺縁部領域(9)を、少なくとも0.2cm、有利には0.5cm〜5cm、特に有利には1cm〜2cmの幅に亘って覆っている、請求項1記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第2の縁部補強層(7.2)は、前記太陽電池モジュール(1)の各角部(12)において、前記第2の縁部補強層(7.2)の内側(10)と外側(11)を接続する少なくとも1つの排水路(8.1)を有している、請求項1又は2記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第2の縁部補強層(7.2)は、前記太陽電池モジュール(1)の各外側(I,II,III,IV)において、前記第2の縁部補強層(7.2)の内側(10)と外側(11)を接続する少なくとも1つの排水路(8.2)を有している、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記排水路(8.1,8.2)は0.3mm〜5mm、有利には2mm〜4mmの幅(d)を有している、請求項3又は4記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池は、単結晶または多結晶の太陽電池であり、ドープされた半導体材料、有利にはシリコン若しくはガリウム砒素からなる半導体材料を含んでいるか、又は、結晶系太陽電池を備えたタンデム型電池を含んでいる、請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記前面ガラス(6)は、0.9mm〜2.8mmの厚さを有する熱的に部分的にプレストレスされたガラスか又はプレストレスされたガラスを含んでいる、請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記支持体層(2)は第1の熱膨張率を有し、前記前面ガラス(6)は第2の熱膨張率を有し、前記第1の熱膨張率と前記前面ガラス(6)の前記第2の熱膨張率との差は、前記第2の熱膨張率の300%以下であり、有利には17%以下である、請求項1から7いずれか1項記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記支持体層(2)は、7.3×10-6/K〜35×10-6/Kの第1の熱膨張率を備えたガラス繊維強化プラスチック材料を含む、請求項1から8いずれか1項記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記支持体層(2)は、少なくとも0.3cm、有利には0.5cm〜5cm、特に有利には1cm〜2cm分だけ前面ガラス(6)を越えた周辺突出部(13)を有している、請求項1から9いずれか1項記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 請求項1から10いずれか1項記載の太陽電池モジュール(1)を備えた平屋根(30)であって、
a)1%〜23.1%のピッチを有する屋根膜(31)と、
b)前記屋根膜(31)上に配置された少なくとも1つの太陽電池モジュール(1)とを含み、
前記屋根膜(31)と前記太陽電池モジュール(1)とが、少なくとも1つの接着剤層(32)及び/又は接続手段(35)によって少なくとも部分的に相互接続されていることを特徴としている平屋根(30)。 - 請求項1から10いずれか1項記載の太陽電池モジュール(1)の製造方法であって、少なくとも:
a)前記前面ガラス(6)を越える支持体層(2)の突出部(13)に少なくとも1つの凹部(16)を有する第1の縁部補強層(7.1)を配置し、前記凹部(16)を通してバスバー(21.1,21.2)を案内し、
b)前記第1の縁前補強層(7.1)の上方に配置される少なくとも1つの開口部(17)を有する第2の縁部補強層(7.2)を配置し、前記開口部(17)を通して前記バスバー(21.1,21.2)を案内し、
c)少なくとも1つの接続ハウジング(20)を前記バスバー(21.1,21.2)と接続させるようにしたことを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール(1)の製造方法。 - 前記第2の縁部補強層(7.2)を前記前面ガラス(6)の縁部領域(9)に少なくとも部分的に重畳させる、請求項12に記載の太陽電池モジュール(1)の製造方法。
- 請求項1から10いずれか1項記載の太陽電池モジュール(1)を、建物の又は水上、陸上、空気中を移動する乗り物の平屋根(30)、有利には金属製平屋根に使用することを特徴とする使用方法。
- 請求項1から10いずれか1項記載の太陽電池モジュール(1)を、1%〜23.1%のピッチ、有利には2%〜17.6%のピッチ、特に有利には5%〜8.8%のピッチを有する平屋根に使用することを特徴とする使用方法。
