Claims (10)
- 車両(1)内の少なくとも1人の車両乗員(2)を監視するための方法であって、少なくとも1つの画像取込装置(3)を使用して前記車両乗員(2)の画像が取り込まれ、及び画像処理装置を使用して解析される方法において、取り込まれた画像の画像解析によって前記車両乗員(2)の少なくとも1つの生命徴候が判定されることを特徴とする方法。
- 生命徴候として脈拍数、及び/又は呼吸数、及び/又は心臓の圧送能力、及び/又は血圧、及び/又は前記車両乗員(2)の血中酸素濃度、及び/又は前記車両乗員(2)の自律的身体機能が判定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの生命徴候が、光吸収量及び/又は前記車両乗員(2)の肌範囲の反射光輝度の検出により、及び/又はこの光吸収量及び/又はこの反射光輝度の変化を判定することにより検出されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 画像処理中に、少なくとも1つの、画像解析に適した範囲が各画像内で検索され、この範囲のみが解析されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 画像解析に適した範囲が各画像内で検索され及び解析され、該範囲が前記車両乗員(2)の顔を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記車両乗員(2)の画像としてカラー画像が取り込まれ、その際画像解析に適した画像範囲が個々のカラーチャンネルに分割され及び少なくとも1つの生命徴候を判定するために少なくとも1つのカラーチャンネルが解析されることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
- 高速フーリエ変換を使用して、画像解析のために適した範囲のカラーチャンネルのスペクトル出力密度が判定されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 車両内(1)の少なくとも1人の車両乗員(2)を監視するための装置であって、少なくとも1つの画像取込装置(3)を使用して前記車両乗員(2)の画像が取り込まれ、及び画像処理装置を使用して解析される装置において、前記画像取込装置(3)を使用して、取り込まれた画像の画像解析によって前記車両乗員(2)の少なくとも1つの生命徴候が判定されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1〜7のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法を用いて、前記車両(1)の少なくとも1つのアシスタント装置を作動するための方法であって、車両内の少なくとも1人の車両乗員を監視するための方法の実行下において判定された生命徴候の値がこの生命徴候のための所与の値又は値域から逸脱している場合に、前記アシスタント装置の少なくとも1つの機能が作動されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記アシスタント装置の機能として前記車両(1)の操舵装置、制動装置及び/又はドライブトレインへの介入、及び/又は視覚的、聴覚的及び/又は触覚による警告装置、及び/又は少なくとも1つの快適性機能及び/又は緊急通報機能が作動されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
