Claims (6)
- 軸方向(3)に沿って第1端部側(5)に配置される流体(8)のための入口(4)を有し、かつ第2端部側(7)に出口(6)を有するハウジング(2)、ならびに、互いに同心的に配置される少なくとも1つの外部シェルチューブ(9)および内部シェルチューブ(10)を少なくとも有する熱交換器(1)を有する装置であって、前記ハウジング(2)は、前記入口(4)に隣接する環状の第1のダクト(11)および前記出口(6)の上流に配置される環状の第2のダクト(12)も有し、前記第1のダクト(11)および前記第2のダクト(12)は、前記内部シェルチューブ(10)と前記外部シェルチューブ(9)との間の中間空間(14)において軸方向(3)に延びる流体(8)のための多数の流路(13)によって接続され、前記多数の流路(13)内には、いずれの場合も少なくとも1つの熱交換チューブ(15)が配置され、前記流体(8)は、前記入口(4)を経て環状の前記第1のダクト(11)に流れ込み、続いて前記多数の流路(13)を経て環状の前記第2のダクト(12)に導かれ、そして前記出口(6)を経て前記ハウジング(2)を出る、装置。
- 前記内部シェルチューブ(10)および/または前記外部シェルチューブ(9)は、前記軸方向(3)に延びる、そして、前記中間空間(14)において断面狭小部(18)および断面拡幅部(19)を円周方向(17)に交互に形成する構造物(16)を有し、前記断面拡幅部(19)は、いずれの場合も1つの流路(13)を形成する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記熱交換チューブ(15)は、前記第1のダクト(11)を越えておよび/または前記第2のダクト(12)を越えて軸方向(3)に延び、前記ハウジング(2)の外側で少なくとも1つのポート(20)を介して冷却液供給源(21)に接続される、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記熱交換チューブ(15)内に熱電素子(22)が配置される,請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記流体(8)を方向転換するためのガイドエレメント(40)が前記流路(13)内に設けられる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 内燃機関(24)を有する、そして、排気ライン(25)および前記排気ライン(25)において配置される請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置を有する自動車両(23)であって、前記流体(8)は、前記内燃機関(24)の排ガスである、自動車両(23)。
