本発明は複合建築パネルに関する。より具体的には、本発明は石膏ウォールボードの構造パラメータを決定する方法に関する。

Claims (8)
- 300〜800psiの間のウォールボードのコア強度値を提供する工程と;
ウォールボードタイプの厚みに基づいて要求される釘引き抜き値を決定する工程と;
前記提供されたコア強度値および前記決定された釘引き抜き値に基づいて表面紙剛性値を計算する工程と;
ディスプレイ装置上に前記計算された表面紙剛性値を提示する工程と
を含む、ウォールボードの構造パラメータを決定する方法。 - ウォールボードタイプに基づいて要求される釘引き抜き値を決定する工程と;
300〜800psiの間のウォールボードのコア強度値を提供する工程と;
前記決定された要求される釘引き抜き値および前記提供されたコア強度値に基づいて表面紙剛性値を決定する工程と;
前記計算された表面紙剛性値に基づいて表面紙重量を決定する工程と;
前記提示された表面紙重量に基づいて表面紙タイプを選択する工程と;
前記選択された表面紙タイプおよび前記提供されたコア強度値の使用に基づいてウォールボードを生産する工程と
を含む、ウォールボードを製造する方法。 - 前記表面紙剛性値の決定が、
釘引き抜き(lbf)=a+[b×(表面紙剛性(kN/m))]+[c×(コア強度(psi))]
(式中、b=0.009490606731およびc=0.073937419ならびにa=a1+a2/[1+Exp(−(ボード密度−a3)/a4)]

- 前記TSIA値が、12〜26kNm/gの近似範囲中である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記計算された表面紙剛性値および前記計算された表面紙重量の少なくとも1つをメモリ中で保存することを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記メモリが、読取り専用メモリ、ランダムアクセスメモリおよびCD ROMの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
