Description
第1のフェーサー層(例えば紙層)を上部石膏層上に(直接)提供することができる。代替的に、または追加的に、第2のフェーサー層を下部石膏層(または下部石膏層より下の第3の石膏層)上に(直接)提供することができる。特に、第1のフェーサー層を上部石膏層上に提供し、対応する(第2の)フェーサー層を他方の面に設けないようにすることが可能である。第1のフェーサー層と上部石膏層との間、および/または、第2のフェーサー層および/または下部石膏層の間に、接合層(例えば接着剤層またはスキムコート(skim coat))を提供することができる。上部石膏層が石膏プラスターボード全体の外側表面を規定することも可能である(特に第1のフェーサー層が提供されていない場合)。第1のフェーサー層が提供される場合、上部石膏層が、かかる第1のフェーサー層に直接隣接していることが好ましい(場合によってはその間に接合層のみを具備する)。
さらに、下部石膏層が上部石膏層と直接隣接(接触)していることが好ましい。

Claims (13)
- 第1の密度、第1の硬度および第1の厚さを有する上部石膏層(16)と、第2の密度、第2の硬度および第2の厚さを有する下部石膏層(17)とを少なくとも含み、(a)ここで、第1の密度は第2の密度より低く、および/または、ここで、第1の硬度は第2の硬度より低く;(b)ここで、第1の厚さは第2の厚さより小さく;および、(c)少なくとも一つの最も表面側の石膏層は上部石膏層(16)である、石膏プラスターボード(10)であって、上部石膏層(16)が、該石膏プラスターボード(10)に入り込む固定手段の頭部によって圧縮可能であるように構成されている、前記石膏プラスターボード(10)。
- 第2の厚さに対する第1の厚さの比が、(第1の厚さ/第2の厚さ)<1/1.05である、および/または、(第1の厚さ/第2の厚さ)>1/50である、請求項1に記載の石膏プラスターボード(10)。
- 第1の厚さが、0.5mmより大きい、および/または5.0mmより小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の石膏プラスターボード(10)。
- 第1の密度が≦880kg/m3である、および/または第2の密度が≧880kg/m3であることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の石膏プラスターボード(10)。
- 第1の密度が≦800kg/m3である、および/または第2の密度が≧1000kg/m3であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の石膏プラスターボード(10)。
- 第2の密度に対する第1の密度の比が≦0.9であることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の石膏プラスターボード(10)。
- DIN EN 520:2009-12の5.12に記載された表面硬度の決定のための試験による硬度で表すとき、上部石膏層単独の第1の硬度が>13mmである、および/または下部石膏層単独の第2の硬度が≦12mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の石膏プラスターボード(10)。
- DIN EN 520:2009-12の5.12に記載された表面硬度の決定のための試験による硬度で表すとき、下部石膏層単独の第2の硬度に対する上部石膏層単独の第1の硬度の比が≦1.3であることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の石膏プラスターボード(10)。
- 上部および下部石膏層が、細孔容積によって区別され、上部石膏層の細孔容積が下部石膏層の細孔容積より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の石膏プラスターボード(10)。
- プラスターボードが、フェーサーで覆われていることを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の石膏プラスターボード(10)。
- 乾式壁構造のための、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の石膏プラスターボード(10)の使用であって、(a)上部石膏層は、プラスターボード(10)の、壁の表面として見える側に配置される、および/または、(b)ねじ(11)または釘の形態の固定手段の頭部部分(13)が、上部石膏層上に配置される、前記使用。
- 乾式壁構造であって、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの石膏プラスターボード(10)と、少なくとも1つのスタッドとを含み、少なくとも1つのプラスターボードは、少なくとも1つのスタッドに取り付けられているかまたは取り付け可能であり、および、ここで、上部石膏層は、スタッドに装着されたときに、プラスターボードの見える面に隣接するかまたは見える面を提供し、ここで、見える面とは、壁の表面として見える面である、前記乾式壁構造。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の石膏プラスターボード(10)を固定する方法であって、プラスターボード(10)は、少なくとも1つの、頭部部分(13)を有するねじ(11)または釘の形態の固定手段を介して固定され、固定手段は、石膏プラスターボード(10)の上部層(16)側から石膏プラスターボード(10)に挿入される、前記方法。
