Claims (15)
- イオン化充填剤を有する放電空間を囲むセラミック体を有し、前記放電空間が封止材料で気密な態様で封止される放電容器において、当該封止材料が、
ルテニウム(Ru)、イリジウム(Ir)、オスミウム(Os)、レニウム(Re)から成る第1群から選択された少なくとも1つの第1成分を有し、ケイ素(Si)、ホウ素(B)、リン(P)から成る第2群から選択された少なくとも1つの第2成分を有することを特徴とする、放電容器。 - 更に、セラミック体に封止された端部と、電極フィードスルー部にはめ込まれた電極とを有し、前記電極フィードスルー部が前記封止材料で前記端部に封止され、前記電極が前記端部から前記放電容器の中に延びることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の放電容器。
- 前記放電空間でのセラミック体が孔を有し、当該孔が前記封止材料によって封止されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の放電容器。
- 前記封止材料が、x+y+z=1として、ホウ化イリジウム(IryBz)、ホウ化ルテニウム(RuxBz)、ホウ化ルテニウム・イリジウム(RuxIryBz)から成るろう付け合金の群から選択されたことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の放電容器。
- zが、0.2<=z<=0.4(原子分率)の範囲にあり、好ましくは封止材料がIr0.7B0.3、Ir0.8B0.2、Ru0.65B0.35又はRu0.75B0.25であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の放電容器。
- 前記電極フィードスルー部が、ニオビウム(Nb)、モリブデン(Mo)、レニウム(Re)、タングステン(W)、タンタル(Ta)、イリジウム(Ir)から成る金属の群から選択される封止部を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の放電容器。
- 前記封止部が、ニオビウム(Nb),モリブデン(Mo)、及びレニウム(Re)から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の放電容器。
- 前記電極フィードスルー部に沿って隙間が無いことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の放電容器。
- 前記端部に延長プラグが無いことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の放電容器。
- 25℃から300℃の温度範囲にわたって、封止材料が6.5*10−6K−1<=E<=7.0*10−6K−1の範囲の線形熱膨張係数Eを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の放電容器。
- 前記封止材料の線形熱膨張係数Eが、前記放電容器の前記セラミック材料の線形熱膨張係数及び前記封止部の線形熱膨張係数の平均の±0.5*10−6K−1の範囲にあるように、選択された化合物を前記封止材料が有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の放電容器。
- 前記封止部が一部にあり、前記電極と外部接続部との間に延びることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の放電容器。
- 少なくとも2つの外部電気接続部を有し、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載された放電容器を有し、当該放電容器は少なくとも2本の電極を有し、各電極がそれぞれの前記外部電気接続部と接続される、電気ランプ。
- ルテニウム(Ru),イリジウム(Ir)、ロジウム(Rh)、オスミウム(Os)、パラジウム(Pd)、白金(Pt)、レニウム(Re)、タンタル(Ta)から成る第1群から選択された少なくとも1つの第1成分を有し、ケイ素(Si)、ホウ素(B)、リン(P)から成る第2群から選択された少なくとも1つの第2成分を有し、更に、少なくとも第1群及び/又は第2群から選択された第3成分を有する、封止材料。
- 放電容器内における請求項14に記載の封止材料の使用。
