Claims (10)
- 製油所ガソリン流に含まれているベンゼンをアルキル化する方法であって、当該方法が、当該製油所ガソリン流を1以上のC2〜C5オレフィンを含むアルキル化剤とアルキル化反応ゾーンにおいてアルキル化条件下に接触させて、アルキル化流出物を製造する工程を含み、ここで当該アルキル化反応ゾーンが少なくとも1のアルキル化反応段階を含み、C5〜C10炭化水素を含んでいるパラフィン流が当該少なくとも1のアルキル化反応段階の入口に供給され、当該パラフィン流が当該反応ゾーンからの当該アルキル化流出物を蒸留することによって得られた蒸留生成物である、方法。
- 当該パラフィン流が、2.0重量%未満の芳香族化合物および/またはオレフィンを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 当該製油所ガソリン流が、少なくとも10体積%のベンゼンを含んでいる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 当該製油所ガソリン流が、当該接触の間、実質的に液相にある、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 当該接触が実質的に断熱条件下に生じる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 当該製油所ガソリン流が、C5〜C10炭化水素を含んでいる改質油である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 当該アルキル化剤がプロピレンである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 当該アルキル化流出物が2.0体積%未満のベンゼン、好ましくは0.62体積%未満のベンゼンを含んでいる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 当該アルキル化流出物が、大気圧において236℃超の沸点を有する化合物を2体積%以下含んでいる、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- アルキル化反応が、MWWゼオライトを含んでいる触媒上で生じる、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
