Abstract
Description
段階1:温度#1(約5分間で達する、約750℃)
段階2:温度#2(開始から約12分間〜約30分間で達する、約1200℃〜1235℃)
段階3:温度#3(温度#2の後、約0.5分間〜約1分間で達し、約2分間〜約5分間持続される、温度#2よりも約5℃〜20℃上の温度)
段階4:温度#4(可能な限り早く達する、約20℃〜25℃(即ち、周囲温度))
従来技術と比較して、本発明において提供される方法は、低エネルギー消費、低吸水性、高強度及び短冷却時間等の利点を有する。3つの方法の比較を、表1に纏める。
Claims (16)
- アルミノケイ酸塩の母材及び添加材料を含むアルミノケイ酸塩の物品を形成する方法であって、アルミノケイ酸塩の母材を、第1の温度で最適に融合する工程と、添加材料を、前記第1の温度よりも僅かに高い第2の温度で溶融する工程と、物品を冷却する工程とを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 第2の温度が、第1の温度よりも約5℃〜約20℃、好ましくは約10℃〜約15℃、好ましくは5℃〜約10℃高い請求項1に記載の方法。
- 物品が、周囲条件下で冷却される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 物品が、約4分間〜約15分間、好ましくは5分間〜10分間をかけて周囲温度まで冷却される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 最適な融合は、母材の可能な全融合の約50%〜約85%、好ましくは約60%〜約70%を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 物品が、約12分間〜約30分間、好ましくは15分間〜20分間をかけて第1の温度まで急速に焼成される請求項1に記載の方法。
- アルミノケイ酸塩が、再生アルミノケイ酸塩を含む請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 再生アルミノケイ酸塩が、石炭燃焼灰を含む請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第1の温度が、アルミノケイ酸塩の母材の最適な融合を達成する温度である請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第2の温度が、添加材料の溶融温度である請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 添加材料が、天然アルミノケイ酸塩、石英、ドロマイト、カオリン、アルミナ、ボーキサイト、ベントナイト、長石、又はこれらの混合物を含む請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- アルミノケイ酸塩の物品が、アルミノケイ酸塩の物品の全重量に対して、約70重量%〜約90重量%のアルミノケイ酸塩の母材と、約10重量%〜約30重量%の添加材料とを含む請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第1の温度が、約1200℃〜約1235℃、好ましくは約1210℃〜約1220℃であり、第2の温度が、約1210℃〜約1255℃、好ましくは約1215℃〜約1230℃である請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の方法によって製造されたことを特徴とするアルミノケイ酸塩の物品。
- 低吸水性を有する請求項14に記載のアルミノケイ酸塩の物品。
- 増強した構造強度を有する請求項14又は15に記載のアルミノケイ酸塩の物品。
