Abstract
Description
1)30〜70重量%の、官能価が約1.8〜約4、エポキシ当量が約400〜約800の固体エポキシ樹脂、
2)5〜20重量%の、官能価が約1.8〜約4、エポキシ当量が約2000〜約8000の固体エポキシ樹脂、および
3)10〜40重量%の、官能価が約5以上、エポキシ当量が約100〜約400の固体エポキシ樹脂
の混合物であり、
それらの重量パーセントは、エポキシ混合物の全重量を基準として、合計で100となる。
a)ポリオレフィンテープを含む複数の単層を用意する工程と、
b)前記複数の単層を積層する工程と、
c)少なくとも50barの圧力、および室温から拘束されていないテープについてDSCにより測定したポリオレフィンテープの融点までの間の温度で、前記複数の単層を圧縮することにより圧密シートを形成する工程と、
d)任意選択により、前記圧密シートの少なくとも1つの面であって、その後にコーティングを施す予定の面に、熱硬化性樹脂、好ましくは揮発性有機化合物を殆どまたは全く含まない1成分水性接着性プライマーを含むプライマーで下塗りする工程と、
e)前記シートの少なくとも1つの面に、エポキシ樹脂を含むコーティングを施す工程と、
を含む方法に関する。
固有粘度が20の超高分子量ポリエチレンをデカリンと混合して7重量%の懸濁液とした。懸濁液を押出機に供給し、温度170℃で混合して均質なゲルを製造した。その後、ゲルを幅600mm、厚さ800μmのスロットダイを通して供給した。スロットダイを通して押し出された後、ゲルを水浴で急冷し、こうしてゲルテープを作製した。倍率3.8でゲルテープを延伸後、50℃と80℃の2つの部分からなるオーブンで、デカリンの量が1%未満になるまでテープを乾燥させた。続いて、この乾燥ゲルテープを、140℃のオーブン内で、延伸比5.8で延伸し、その後、オーブン温度150℃で第2の延伸工程を行い、18マイクロメートルの最終厚さにした。テープの幅は、0.1mであり、その引張強度は440MPaであった。
上記テープから7枚の単層を平織構造で織り、層を交差させて互いの上面に積層させた。続いて、積層体を120bar、80”Cで30分間加圧して、厚さ1mm、168g/m2の圧密シートを形成した。シートには、マトリックスもバインダーも非含有とした。

*アンテナを保持するユニット寸法は、380mm(幅)×435mm(高さ)×195mm(奥行)であった。
実施例1を繰り返したが、作動帯域として9GHz〜18GHzを使用した。誘電損失の測定値は0.0001であった。
実施例1を繰り返したが、シートには下塗りもコーティングもしなかった。誘電損失の測定値は0.0002超であった。
Claims (10)
- シートを形成する複数のポリオレフィンテープと、前記シート上に設けられたコーティングとを含む低誘電損失材料であって、前記コーティングがエポキシ樹脂を含む材料。
- 前記複数のポリオレフィンテープが、織ったテープの少なくとも1つの層を含む請求項1に記載の材料。
- 前記ポリオレフィンテープが、超高分子量ポリエチレンテープを含む請求項1または2に記載の材料。
- 前記ポリオレフィンテープの引張強度が0.3GPa以上である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の材料。
- 前記シートが、テープを含む複数の単層を含む多層シートである請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の材料。
- 前記シートが、マトリックスまたはバインダーを含まない請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の材料。
- 前記シートが圧密シートである請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の材料。
- シートを形成する複数のポリオレフィンテープを含み、前記シートが少なくとも1つの下塗りされた面を含み、前記少なくとも1つの下塗りされた面が熱硬化性樹脂を含むプライマーで下塗りされている低誘電損失材料であって、前記シートの前記下塗りされた面にコーティングが設けられ、前記コーティングがエポキシ樹脂を含む材料。
- 前記プライマーが、揮発性有機化合物を殆どまたは全く含まない1成分水性接着性プライマーである請求項5に記載の材料。
- 高周波電磁放射線を発信および/または受信する高周波アンテナと、壁および開口であって、前記壁に妨害されずに前記アンテナに電磁放射線の少なくとも1部を受信および/または発信させることができ、前記開口が少なくとも部分的に請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の材料で覆われている壁および開口を含むアンテナ筐体と、を含む組立体。
