Abstract
Description
−超塑性成形および拡散溶接を実施することを可能にする特性を有するインサートと、前記インサートの周囲を囲む複数の金属ワイヤとから構成された三次元金属構造体を製造するためのステップであって、前記金属構造体が前記金属部品のプレフォームを形成する、ステップと、
−前記金属構造体が成形工具内に配置されるステップと、
−前記緻密な金属部品を得るために、前記金属構造体の凝集作用を引き起こす、前記三次元金属構造体の熱間加圧成形ステップとを伴う、方法を提案する。
−前記方法は、前記熱間加圧成形ステップ中に得られた前記金属部品が金属補強材であるように、タービンエンジンブレードの前縁または後縁用の金属補強材、またはプロペラの金属補強材を製造するための方法であり、
−前記熱間加圧成形ステップは、静水圧加圧成形ステップまたは恒温鍛造ステップであり、
−三次元金属構造体を作製するための前記ステップは、連続的に:
−インサートを製造するための第1のサブステップと、
−複数の金属ワイヤを前記インサート周りに巻き付けるための第2のサブステップとを伴い、
−三次元金属構造体を作製するための前記ステップは、連続的に、
−インサートを製造するための第1のサブステップと、
−前記複数の金属ワイヤを、各々の金属ワイヤが少なくとも1つのループを呈するように曲げる第2のサブステップと、
−前記インサートを前記複数の金属ワイヤの前記ループの各々内に挿入する第3のサブステップとを伴い、
−前記インサートの製造のための前記サブステップが、鍛造もしくは機械加工によって、または鋳造によってまたは三次元ウィービング方法によって達成され、
−前記インサートは金属インサートであり、
−前記複数のワイヤの前記金属ワイヤは、A形状になるように曲げられ、
−前記金属ワイヤは、チタンベースの金属ワイヤおよび/またはSiC−チタンワイヤおよび/またはSiC−ボロンワイヤであり、
−前記方法は、連続的に:
−インサートと、前記インサートを取り囲む複数の金属ワイヤとから構成された複数の三次元金属構造体の製造のためのステップであって、前記複数の金属構造体が前記金属部品のプレフォームを形成する、ステップと、
−前記複数の金属構造体を成形工具内に配置するためのステップと、
−前記金属部品を得るために、前記複数の金属構造体の凝集作用を引き起こす、前記三次元の複数の金属構造体の熱間加圧成形ステップとを伴う。
補強材30のベース39のプロファイルを、特に前縁31の空気力学的プロファイルのより精密な仕上げをこれに与えるように再加工するためのステップと、
側面35、37を再加工するためのステップであって、特に側面35および37のトリミングおよび内孤および外孤の側面の薄化を伴う、ステップと、
要求される表面仕上げを得ることを可能にする仕上げステップとを含む。

−前記熱間加圧成形ステップは、静水圧加圧成形ステップまたは恒温鍛造ステップであり、
−三次元金属構造体を作製するための前記ステップは、連続的に、
−インサートを製造するための第1のサブステップと、
−前記複数の金属ワイヤを、各々の金属ワイヤが少なくとも1つのループを呈するように曲げる第2のサブステップと、
−前記インサートを前記複数の金属ワイヤの前記ループの各々内に挿入する第3のサブステップとを伴い、

Claims (10)
- タービンエンジンブレードの金属補強材などの金属部品(30)を製造するための方法(200)であって、連続的に、
超塑性成形および拡散溶接を実施することを可能にする特性を有するインサート(301)と、前記インサート(301)の周囲を囲む複数の金属ワイヤ(302)とから構成された三次元金属構造体(310)を製造するためのステップ(210)であって、前記金属構造体(310)が前記金属部品(30)のプレフォームを形成する、ステップと、
前記金属構造体(310)が成形工具(400)内に配置されるステップ(220)と、
前記緻密な金属部品(30)を得るために、前記金属構造体(310)の凝集作用を引き起こす、前記三次元金属構造体(310)の熱間加圧成形ステップ(230)とを伴う、方法。 - 前記方法が、前記熱間加圧成形ステップ(230)中に得られる前記金属部品が金属補強材であるように、タービンエンジンのブレードの前縁または後縁用の金属補強材、またはプロペラの金属補強材を製造するための方法であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の金属部品(30)を製造するための方法(200)。
- 前記熱間加圧成形ステップが、静水圧加圧成形または恒温鍛造ステップであることを特徴とする、請求項1から2までのいずれか一項に記載の金属部品(30)を製造するための方法(200)。
- 三次元金属構造体(310)のための前記製造ステップが、連続的に、
インサート(301)を製造するための第1のサブステップと、
複数の金属ワイヤを前記インサート(301)の周りに巻き付けるための第2のサブステップとを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の金属部品(30)を製造するための方法(200)。 - 三次元金属構造体(310)のための前記製造ステップが、連続的に、
インサート(301)を製造するための第1のサブステップと、
前記複数の金属ワイヤ(302)を、各々の金属ワイヤが少なくとも1つのループを呈するように曲げる第2のサブステップと、
前記インサート(301)を前記複数の金属ワイヤ(302)の前記ループの各々内に挿入する第3のサブステップとを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の金属部品(30)を製造するための方法(200)。 - 前記インサート(301)を製造するための前記サブステップが、鍛造もしくは機械加工もしくは鋳造によって、または三次元ウィービング方法によって実行されることを特徴とする、請求項4から5までのいずれか一項に記載の金属部品(30)を製造するための方法(200)。
- 前記インサートが金属インサートであることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の金属部品(30)を製造するための方法(200)。
- 前記複数のワイヤの前記金属ワイヤ(302)が、A形状になるように曲げられることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の金属部品(30)を製造するための方法(200)。
- 前記金属ワイヤ(302)が、チタンベースのワイヤおよび/またはSiC−チタンワイヤおよび/またはSiC−ボロンであることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の金属部品(30)を製造するための方法(200)。
- 前記方法が、連続的に、
インサート(301)と、前記インサート(301)を取り囲む複数の金属ワイヤ(302)とから構成された複数の三次元金属構造体(310)の製造のためのステップ(210)であって、前記複数の金属構造体(310)が前記金属部品(30)のプレフォームを形成する、ステップと、
前記複数の金属構造体(310)が成形工具(400)内に配置されるステップ(220)と、
前記金属部品(30)を得るために、前記複数の金属構造体(310)の凝集作用を引き起こす、前記複数の三次元金属構造体(310)の熱間加圧成形ステップ(230)とを伴うことを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の金属部品(30)を製造するための方法(200)。
