Abstract
Description
製織によって三次元繊維構造を織るステップであって、前記製織は、ストランドの長手軸の周りで互いに撚り合わせられた複数の金属経糸によって形成された金属ストランドを用いて実行されるステップと、
一体型部品を製造するために前記繊維構造の金属ストランドの凝集を引き起こす、前記繊維構造への熱間静水圧加圧を実行するステップと、を含む製造方法を提案する。
− 前記織りステップは、複数の金属経糸によって形成された金属ストランドを用いて実行され、各経糸の直径は0.1mm未満である。
− 前記織りステップは、0.5mm以上の直径を有する金属ストランドを用いて実行される。
− 前記織りステップは、1mm以上の直径を有する金属ストランドを用いて実行さる。
− 前記織りステップは、チタニウムの複数の金属経糸によって、または異なる材料の複数の金属経糸によって形成された金属ストランドを用いて実行される。
− 前記織りステップは、異なる直径の複数の金属経糸によって形成された金属ストランドを用いて実行される。
− 前記熱間静水圧加圧ステップに先立って、前記方法は前記繊維構造を成形するステップを含み、前記成形は手作業で実行される。
− 前記繊維構造の前記成形は、前記繊維構造がツール内に配置されたときに実行される。
− 前記熱間静水圧加圧ステップに先立って、前記方法は前記繊維構造を洗浄するステップを含む。
− 前記一体型部品は、タービンエンジンのファンブレードの前縁用または後縁用の金属補強材である。
金属糸および/または金属ストランドを織ることによって三次元繊維構造を織るステップと、
前記繊維構造内に少なくとも1つの一時的インサートを組み込むステップと、
一体型部品を製造するために、前記少なくとも1つの一時的インサートの周りで前記繊維構造の金属糸の凝集を引き起こすように、前記繊維構造および前記少なくとも1つの組み込まれた一時的インサートによって形成されたアセンブリに対して熱間静水圧加圧を実行するステップと、
中空一体型部品を製造するような方式で、前記インサートを溶解して前記一体型部品内に内部空洞を形成するように、前記少なくとも1つの一時的インサートを薬品侵食するステップと、を含む。
− 前記中空一体型部品は、タービンエンジンのファンブレードまたはプロペラの前縁または後縁の中空金属補強材である。
− 前記熱間静水圧加圧ステップに先立って、前記方法は、前記アセンブリをツール内に配置するステップを含む。
− 前記アセンブリの配置および前記ツール内の前記アセンブリの成形は同時に実行される。
− 前記方法は、変形ツールによるアセンブリの予備変形の先行ステップを含む。
− 前記熱間静水圧加圧ステップに先立って、前記方法は、前記アセンブリを脱脂するステップを含む。
− 前記薬品侵食ステップは、化学剤の液槽内で、熱間加圧ステップの間に得られた、前記一体型部品の浸漬によって実行される。
− 前記少なくとも1つの一時的インサートを組み込む前記ステップは、織りステップで製造された前記繊維構造を形成する2つの独立したプリフォームの間に前記少なくとも1つの一時的インサートを配置することによって実行される。
− 前記少なくとも1つの一時的インサートを組み込む前記ステップは、前記一時的インサートの周りに、織りステップで製造された前記繊維構造を形成する、単層プリフォームを巻き付けることによって実行される。
− 前記少なくとも1つの一時的インサートを組み込む前記ステップは、前記繊維構造を織る前記ステップの間に前記繊維構造を形成する単層プリフォーム中に事前に形成されたスロットを通じて、前記少なくとも1つの一時的インサートを空洞内に配置することによって実行される。
補強材30、130の基部39、139のプロファイル、および具体的には前縁31、131の空気力学的プロファイルをリファインするために、補強材30、130の基部39、139のプロファイルを再加工するステップと、
側面35、135、37、137を再加工するステップであって、このステップは具体的には側面35、135、37、137をトリミングし、下表面および上表面側を薄化することからなる、ステップと、
必要とされる表面状態が得られるようにする仕上げステップと、を含む。

Claims (11)
- 一体型部品(430)の製造方法(200)であって、前記方法は順に、
製織によって三次元繊維構造(300)を織るステップ(210)であって、前記製織は、ストランドの長手軸の周りで互いに撚り合わせられた複数の金属経糸によって形成された金属ストランド(301、302)を用いて実行されるステップと、
一体型部品(430)を製造するために前記繊維構造(300)の金属ストランドの凝集を引き起こす、前記繊維構造(300)への熱間静水圧加圧を実行するステップ(230)と、
を含む製造方法。 - 前記織りステップ(210)が、複数の金属経糸によって形成された金属ストランド(301、302)を用いて実行され、各経糸の直径は0.1mm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法(200)。
- 前記織りステップ(210)が、0.5mm以上の直径を有する金属ストランド(301、302)を用いて実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法(200)。
- 前記織りステップ(210)が、1mm以上の直径を有する金属ストランド(301、302)を用いて実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法(200)。
- 前記織りステップ(210)が、チタニウムの複数の金属経糸によって、または異なる材料の複数の金属経糸によって形成された金属ストランド(301、302)を用いて実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法(200)。
- 前記織りステップ(210)が、異なる直径の複数の金属経糸によって形成された金属ストランド(301、302)を用いて実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法(200)。
- 前記熱間静水圧加圧ステップ(230)に先立って、前記方法は前記繊維構造(300)を成形するステップ(230)を含み、前記成形は手作業で実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法(200)。
- 前記繊維構造(300)の前記成形が、前記繊維構造(300)がツール(400)内に配置されたときに実行されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の製造方法(200)。
- 前記熱間静水圧加圧ステップ(230)に先立って、前記方法(200)は、前記繊維構造300)を洗浄するステップ(225)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のタービンエンジンブレードの金属補強材(30)の製造方法(200)。
- 前記一体型部品(430)が、タービンエンジンのファンブレードまたはプロペラの前縁または後縁の金属補強材(30)であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法(200)。
- ストランドの長手軸の周りで互いに撚り合わせられた複数の金属経糸によって形成された金属ストランド(301、302)を織ることによって形成されることを特徴とする、繊維構造(300)。
