Abstract
【解決手段】外側層7と内側層5とを含む、少なくとも2つの層を備える保護部品3であって、その外側層7は、SiCの粒子で強化されているアルミニウム合金から作られ、この合金におけるSiC粒子の含有量が、重量で15%から40%の範囲内にあり、一方、内側層5は、任意にSiC粒子で強化されているアルミニウム合金から作られ、これらの層の内部におけるSiC粒子の含有量が、内側層から外側層へ向かって増大している。この部品は、ブレード、特にターボ機械におけるブレードあるいはベーン、ヘリコプターブレード、またはプロペラブレードの前縁1aを保護するために使用される。

Claims (10)
- 外側保護面を呈する保護部品であって、前記外側保護面が、SiCの粒子によって強化されたアルミニウム合金から作られており、前記アルミニウム合金におけるSiC粒子の含有量が、重量で15%から40%の範囲内にあることを特徴とする、保護部品。
- 前記アルミニウム合金におけるSiC粒子の含有量が、重量で15%から30%の範囲内にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の保護部品。
- 外側層(7)と内側層(5)とを含む少なくとも2つの層を備え、外側層が、前記強化されたアルミニウム合金から作られており、かつ、内側層が、任意にSiC粒子で強化されているアルミニウム合金から作られており、2つの層におけるSiC粒子の含有量が、内側層から外側層へ向かって増大していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の保護部品。
- 少なくとも2つの層(5、7)を備えることと、該2つの層が、共押出法によってあるいは圧延接合法によって互いに組み付けられることとを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の保護部品。
- 実質的にU字状である断面を呈することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の保護部品。
- ブレード(1)の前縁(1a)を保護するための、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の保護部品。
- ブレード(1)、特にターボ機械ブレードあるいはベーン、ヘリコプターブレード、またはプロペラブレードの前縁(1a)を、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の保護部品を使用して保護するための方法。
- 前縁(1a)を呈するブレード(1)と、前縁(1a)を保護するために前縁(1a)に取り付けられた請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の保護部品(3)とを備える、組立体。
- 前記保護部品(3)が、接着剤によって前縁(1a)に接合されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の組立体。
- ブレード(1)は、有機マトリックス複合材料から作られることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の組立体。
