Claims (6)
- 前縁を有し、有機マトリックス複合材料から作られた、ターボ機械、ヘリコプターまたはプロペラのブレードと、
前記前縁を保護するために該前縁に取り付けられた保護部品とを備えている組立体であって、
前記保護部品が、SiCの粒子によって強化されたアルミニウム合金から作られた外側保護面を有しており、該強化されたアルミニウム合金が、重量で15%から40%の範囲内にあるSiC粒子を含有しており、前記保護部品は、外側層と内側層とを含む少なくとも2つの層を備えており、外側層が、前記外側保護面を画定するとともに、前記強化されたアルミニウム合金から作られており、かつ、内側層が、ブレードに固定されるとともに、アルミニウム合金から作られており、前記内側層及び前記外側層におけるSiC粒子の含有量が、内側層から外側層へ向かって増大していることを特徴とする、前記組立体。 - 前記保護部品が、接着剤によって前縁に接合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記強化されたアルミニウム合金におけるSiC粒子の含有量が、重量で15%から30%の範囲内にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 内側層がSiCの粒子によって強化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記少なくとも2つの層が、共押出法によってあるいは圧延接合法によって互いに組み付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の保護部品。
- 実質的にU字状である断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の保護部品。
