Claims (12)
- ポリマーを含む材料を備える自動車用の照明および/または信号装置の部品であって、1つの面に、この材料が所定の表面厚にて増強された網目領域を局所的に表出することを特徴とする部品。
- 自動車用の照明および/または信号装置の部品であって、
ポリマーを含む材料を備える前記部品を形成するステップと、
前記材料の1つの面をイオン衝撃によって局所的に処理するステップと
を有する方法によって得ることができる部品。 - 前記部品は、照明および/または信号装置のための筐体、または、照明および/または信号装置のための光モジュールの支持プレートである請求項1または2に記載の部品。
- 前記筐体を車両に固定するおよび/または前記支持プレートを前記筐体に固定するおよび/または前記光モジュールを前記筐体に固定するおよび/または前記光モジュールを前記支持プレートに固定するための手段を備える少なくとも1つの取り付け接合部分を備え、前記増強された網目領域は、前記取り付け接合部分を固定するための手段を含む、請求項3に記載の部品。
- 少なくとも1つの取り付け接合部分に隣接する少なくとも1つの変形領域を備え、この変形領域は、この接合部分の熱膨張を前記変形領域へ伝えるように前記取り付け接合部分よりも変形しやすい、請求項3または4に記載の部品。
- 前記ポリマーは、高結晶質ポリプロピレン(HCPP)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)のみあるいはそれに鉱物および/または繊維が充填されたもの、ポリブチレンテレフタレートとポリエチレンテレフタレートとの混合物(PBT+PET)のみあるいはそれに鉱物および/または繊維が充填されたもの、ポリブチレンテレフタレートとアクリロニトリルスチレンアクリレートとの混合物(PBT+ASA)、ポリブチレンテレフタレートとポリカーボネートとの混合物(PBT+PC)、または、ポリプロピレンとポリアミドとの混合物(PP+PA)のみあるいはそれに鉱物および/または繊維が充填されたものから成るグループの中から選択される請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の部品。
- 前記ポリマーが高結晶質ポリプロピレン(HCPP)である請求項6に記載の部品。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の部品を備える自動車用の照明および/または信号装置。
- ポリマーを含む材料を備える自動車用の照明および/または信号装置の部品を製造方法であって、
ポリマーを含む材料を備える前記部品を形成するステップと、
前記材料の1つの面をイオン衝撃によって局所的に処理するステップと、
を有する製造方法。 - 前記部品が成形によって形成される請求項9に記載の製造方法。
- ヘリウム、アルゴン、または、窒素の単一または複数のエネルギーイオンを用いて前記イオン衝撃が行なわれる請求項9または10に記載の製造方法。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の部品または請求項8に記載の装置を製造するための請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
