Description
Claims (14)
- 液体空間と、選ばれた最小値を超える圧力で気体が充填されている、予め充填された気体空間とを備える少なくとも一つの液気圧併用のアキュムレータ(11)を含む設備であって、
前記気体空間(13)の充填を、前記充填の圧力が前記選ばれた最小値を下回るときに逐次的に再調整するための手段(20)を備え、その手段は、気体系統(24)を経由して前記気体空間の充填バルブ(17)に接続された加圧気体の供給源(22)を備え、前記気体系統は、前記気体空間への気体の再注入のための逐次的サイクルのための計算ユニット(27)によって制御され、常閉型の、2つの位置をとる少なくとも一つの再注入用のソレノイドバルブ(26)を含み、
前記計算ユニット(27)は、前記液体空間に及ぶ液体圧力又は前記加圧気体の供給源によって与えられる液体動力(60)の少なくとも一つの代表信号(48)を受け取り、
前記計算ユニットの制御出力部(29)は、前記再注入用のソレノイドバルブの開閉のための前記逐次的サイクルを前記気体空間の圧力が前記選ばれた最小値を下回る毎に前記気体空間の充填を再調整するための逐次的なサイクルを発生させることによって制御することを特徴とする、設備。 - 前記気体系統に挿入された減圧バルブ(31)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の設備。
- 前記気体系統に挿入された調整可能ノズル(33)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の設備。
- 前記気体系統に挿入された逆流防止バルブ(35)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
- 一方における前記加圧気体の供給源と他方における前記再注入用のソレノイドバルブとの間の前記気体系統において、前記加圧気体の供給源によって与えられる前記気体の圧力を制御する減圧バルブ(31)、調整可能ノズル(33)、及び逆流防止バルブ(35)が直列に挿入されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の設備。
- 前記気体系統に挿入された流量計(57)を含み、前記流量計は一つの前記再注入のサイクルの期間に注入された気体の量を決定するために前記計算ユニット(27)に接続された信号出力部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
- 前記計算ユニットは、前記気体空間の充填を再調整するための命令の代表信号を受け取り可能なトリガ入力部(47)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
- 前記気体空間に及ぶ圧力を測定するための圧力センサ(50)を含み、当該圧力センサの出力部は、再注入されるべき前記気体の量を決定するために、前記計算ユニット(27)のデータ入力部(50a)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
- 前記気体空間の前記気体の温度を測定するための温度センサ(52)を含み、当該温度センサの出力部は、再注入されるべき前記気体の量を決定するために、前記計算ユニット(27)のデータ入力部(52a)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
- 複数のアキュムレータ(11)又はアキュムレータのグループ(11a)と、対応する再注入バルブ(26)とを含み、
気体系統はすべての前記再注入バルブに接続され、
前記計算ユニットは前記再注入バルブを独立に作動させるために接続されたそれぞれの制御出力部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の設備。 - 前記アキュムレータのグループ(11a)は、同一の再注入バルブに関連づけられ、並列に接続された複数のアキュムレータから構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の設備。
- 前記充填バルブ(17)又はそれぞれの前記充填バルブ(17)に接続され、かつ、一つの前記再注入のサイクルの期間に前記計算ユニットによって閉じるように制御される、常開型のパージバルブ(41)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11に記載の設備。
- 前記再注入バルブ又はそれぞれの前記再注入バルブのすぐ上流側で前記気体系統に接続され、かつ、一つの前記再注入サイクルの期間に閉じるように制御される常開型の単一のパージバルブ(41)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
- 前記加圧気体の供給源(22)は、その圧力が前記液気圧併用のアキュムレータ(11)を予め充填する最大の圧力よりも大きい、圧縮気体の少なくとも1つのタンクを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
