Claims (7)
- 導管又はホースを通って流れる媒体を通す穴を持つ接続体、及び接続体の前端部に形成される受入れ部へ差込み可能で接続体上に取外し位置と組立て位置との間でねじれ可能に設けられるユニオンナットにより固定可能な管状の末端を有する導管又はホース用接続装置であって、ユニオンナットと接続体の互いに向き合う端面の間に、接続装置の組立て状態を表示する表示器が設けられているものにおいて、表示器が、接続体(10)及びユニオンナット(12)の端面にそれぞれ形成されて少なくともそれぞれ1つの標識の支持体として役立つ2つの環状表示素子(13,14)から成り、両方の表示素子(13,14)の標識が、ユニオンナット(12)の組立ての始めに、接続体(10)及びユニオンナット(12)の周囲の異なる個所にあり、接続装置の組立て完了の際、ユニオンナット(12)をねじはめる際行われる両方の表示素子(13,14)の相対ねじれにより、互いに一致する位置へもたらされることを特徴とする、接続装置。
- 接続体(10)及びユニオンナット(12)にそれぞれ形成される表示素子(13,14)の端面(16)が、対応する一番前のねじ山の外端に設けられて軸線方向に向けられる標識としてのストッパ面(15)を持つねじ状に形成され、組立ての終了前に両方の表示素子(13,14)の間に、軸線方向間隙(17)が存在し、またストッパ面(15)の間に、周方向に延びる間隔が存在し、組立て完了の際、ユニオンナット(12)の回転の際生じる表示素子(13,14)の軸線方向移動及び同時の相対ねじれのため、軸線方向間隙(17)が閉じられ、表示素子(13,14)の両側のストッパ面(15)が互いに当接することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の接続装置。
- 標識が、表示素子(13,14)の少なくとも1つの周範囲に設けられて光学的に認識可能な記号(19,20)から成り、組立て完了の際表示素子(13,14)の相互のねじれにより、これらの記号(19,20)が互いに一直線にされていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の接続装置。
- ユニオンナット(12)に設けられる表示素子(13)により接続体(10)に対するその相対ねじれの際こすられる接続体(10)の周面が、色を除かれていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の1つに記載の接続装置。
- 各表示素子(13,14)が、接続体(10)又はユニオンナット(12)に接続される別個の表示環により形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の1つに記載の接続装置。
- 表示素子(13,14)の1つが、接続体(10)又はユニオンナット(12)に接続される別個の表示環から成り、他の表示素子(13,14)がねじ山を形成され、ストッパ面(15)が接続体(10)又はユニオンナット(12)の端面に一体に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の1つに記載の接続装置。
- 表示素子(13,14)が、ユニオンナット(12)を接続体(10)上へねじはめる際に行われる相対ねじれにより、表示素子(13,14)の両側のストッパ面(15)の間へストッパが達した後、予め設定された抵抗に打勝った後、ねじれ可能に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の接続装置。
