(vii)(vi)からの硬化複合材料を張力機構によりチャンバーから引出し、および
(viii)硬化複合材料を所望の長さへ切断すること
を特徴とする引抜成形技術による本発明の引抜成形強化ポリウレタンの製造方法を更に提供する。
a)≧10重量%〜≦30重量%の1以上のプロピレンオキシドに基づく15〜50のOH価を有するポリエーテルポリオール、
b)≧45重量%〜≦65重量%の1以上の150〜600のOH価を有するポリエーテルポリオールおよび≧15重量%〜≦35重量%の1以上の700〜1827のOH価を有する鎖延長剤および/または架橋剤。
ポリオール処方物〔成分a)およびb)の混合物、および成分B)〜D)およびH)〕を、45分間脱気し、次いで脱気イソシアネートCと混合した。混合物を、約10mbarの圧力において数分間撹拌した。次いで、混合物を、厚み4mmのシート金型へ注いだ。次いで、試料を、2時間160℃にて熱調節した。
成分a):直鎖ポリプロピレンオキシドポリオール、ヒドロキシ価28mgKOH/g。
成分b1):スターターとしてグリセロールを用いる3価ポリプロピレンオキシドポリオール、ヒドロキシ価235mgKOH/g。
成分b2):スターターとしてグリセロールを用いる3価ポリプロピレンオキシドポリオール、ヒドロキシ価450mgKOH/g。
成分b3):スターターとしてグリセロールを用いる3価ポリプロピレンオキシドポリオール、ヒドロキシ価1050mgKOH/g。
成分G):ゼオライト系乾燥剤。
成分E):Technick ProductsからのTechlube 550 HB離型剤。
成分D):Fomrez UL29:Momentiveからの触媒。
成分B1):Eurepox 710:平均モル質量≦700g/mol;183〜189g/当量のエポキシド当量;25℃における粘度:10000〜12000mPasを有するビスフェノールAエピクロロヒドリン樹脂。
成分B2):Araldite DY−T:トリメチロールプロパンのトリグリシジルエーテル、Huntsmanからの生成物;122〜128g/当量のエポキシド当量、25℃における粘度:100〜300mPas。
成分B3):Araldite DY−D:ブタンジオールのジグリシジルエーテル、Huntsmanからの生成物;118〜125g/当量のエポキシド当量、25℃における粘度:15〜25mPas。
成分B4):Araldite DY−K:クレゾールのモノグリシジルエーテル、Huntsmanからの生成物;175〜189g/当量のエポキシド当量、25℃における粘度:6〜12mPas。
成分C):31.4重量%NCO含有量を有するポリマーMDI。
Claims (4)
- A)a)1以上のプロピレンオキシドに基づく15〜50のOH価を有するポリエーテルポリオール、および
b)1以上の150〜600のOH価を有するポリエーテルポリオールおよび1以上の700〜1827のOH価を有する鎖延長剤および/または架橋剤の混合物での
均質的混和性ではない成分a)およびb)の混合物と、
B)1以上のエポキシドと、
C)ブチレン1,4−ジイソシアネート、ペンタン1,5−ジイソシアネート、ヘキサメチレン1,6−ジイソシアネート(HDI)、イソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI)、2,2,4−および/または2,4,4−トリメチルヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、ビス(イソシアナトシクロヘキシル)メタンの異性体またはこれらの任意の所望の異性体含有量での混合物、シクロヘキシレン1,4−ジイソシアネート、フェニレン1,4−ジイソシアネート、トルイレン2,4−および/または2,6−ジイソシアネート(TDI)、ナフチレン1,5−ジイソシアネート、ジフェニルメタン2,2’−および/または2,4’−および/または4,4’−ジイソシアネート(MDI)またはMDIの高級同族体(ポリマーMDI)、1,3−および/または1,4−ビス(2−イソシアナトプロプ−2−イル)ベンゼン(TMXDI)、1,3−ビス(イソシアナトメチル)ベンゼン(XDI)、およびC1〜C6アルキル基を有するアルキル2,6−ジイソシアナトヘキサノエート(リシンジイソシアネート)またはこれらの混合物からなる群からの有機ポリイソシアネート、および
任意に、ウレットジオン、イソシアヌレート、ウレタン、カルボジイミド、ウレトンイミン、アロファネート、ビウレット、アミド、イミノオキサジアジンジオンおよび/またはオキサジアジントリオン構造を有する変性ジイソシアネートまたは1分子当たり2より多いNCO基を有する未変性ポリイソシアネートの一部との、
D)任意に触媒
E)離型剤、
F)任意に抑制剤、
G)任意に他の添加剤および/または助剤、
H)任意にフィラー、
I)強化材としての連続フィラメントファイバー、ファイバーマットおよび/または編織布の存在下での
反応により得られる引抜成形強化ポリウレタン。 - 均質的混和性ではない成分a)およびb)の混合物は、以下の割合を含み、ここで、重量による割合の合計は100である、請求項1に記載の引抜成形強化ポリウレタン:
a)≧10重量%〜≦30重量%の1以上のプロピレンオキシドに基づく15〜50のOH価を有するポリエーテルポリオール、
b)≧45重量%〜≦65重量%の1以上の150〜600のOH価を有するポリエーテルポリオールおよび≧15重量%〜≦35重量%の1以上の700〜1827のOH価を有する鎖延長剤および/または架橋剤。 - (i)成分a)およびb)を互いに混合し、
(ii)成分B)、D)、E)、F)、G)およびH)を(i)からの混合物と混合し、
(iii)イソシアネート成分C)を、混合チャンバー中で(ii)からの混合物へ添加し、
(iv)(iii)からの反応混合物を、射出箱中へ通過させ、
(v)工程(iv)と同時に、強化材I)を、射出箱へ通過させ、および射出箱中に存在する反応混合物(iii)と共に硬化を行うチャンバーへ通過させ、
(vi)反応混合物および強化材から作られた複合材料を、チャンバー中で硬化し、
(vii)(vi)からの硬化複合材料を、張力機構によりチャンバーから引出し、および
(viii)硬化複合材料を、所望の長さへ切断する
ことを特徴とする、引抜成形技術による請求項1または2に記載の強化引抜ポリウレタンの製造方法。 - A)a)1以上のプロピレンオキシドに基づく15〜50のOH価を有するポリエーテルポリオール、および
b)1以上の150〜600のOH価を有するポリエーテルポリオールおよび1以上の700〜1827のOH価を有する鎖延長剤および/または架橋剤の混合物での
均質的混和性ではない成分a)およびb)の混合物と、
B)1以上のエポキシドと、
C)ブチレン1,4−ジイソシアネート、ペンタン1,5−ジイソシアネート、ヘキサメチレン1,6−ジイソシアネート(HDI)、イソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI)、2,2,4−および/または2,4,4−トリメチルヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、ビス(イソシアナトシクロヘキシル)メタンの異性体またはこれらの任意の所望の異性体含有量での混合物、シクロヘキシレン1,4−ジイソシアネート、フェニレン1,4−ジイソシアネート、トリレン2,4−および/または2,6−ジイソシアネート(TDI)、ナフチレン1,5−ジイソシアネート、ジフェニルメタン2,2’−および/または2,4’−および/または4,4’−ジイソシアネート(MDI)またはMDIの高級同族体(ポリマーMDI)、1,3−および/または1,4−ビス(2−イソシアナトプロプ−2−イル)ベンゼン(TMXDI)、1,3−ビス(イソシアナトメチル)ベンゼン(XDI)、およびC1〜C6アルキル基を有するアルキル2,6−ジイソシアナトヘキサノエート(リシンジイソシアネート)またはこれらの混合物からなる群からの有機ポリイソシアネート、および
任意に、ウレットジオン、イソシアヌレート、ウレタン、カルボジイミド、ウレトンイミン、アロファネート、ビウレット、アミド、イミノオキサジアジンジオンおよび/またはオキサジアジントリオン構造を有する変性ジイソシアネートまたは1分子当たり2より多いNCO基を有する未変性ポリイソシアネートの一部とから、
D)任意に触媒、
E)離型剤、
F)任意に抑制剤、
G)任意に他の添加剤および/または助剤、
H)任意にフィラー、
I)強化材としての連続フィラメントファイバー、ファイバーマットおよび/または編織布の存在下で
作られた反応混合物の、引抜成形法により引抜成形材料を製造するための使用。
