Claims (10)
- タービンロータ(13b)を監視するための監視装置(19)であって、前記監視装置(19)は、
音響センサ(25)と、
前記タービンロータ(13b)の近傍の検知点に前記音響センサ(25)を接続するための音導波路(24)と、を含み、
音響センサ(25)は、前記検知点の近傍を通過する際のロータ(31)のブレード(20)の吸引および加圧側(20b、20a)の圧力差による圧力変動を音波として検出するのに適していることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記音響センサ(25)に接続された計算ユニット(27)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の監視装置(19)。
- 前記計算ユニット(26)が、前記音波の周波数に基づいてロータ(31)の回転速度を計算するように構成されており、前記回転速度は、前記周波数に正比例し、前記ロータ(31)のブレード(20)の数に反比例する、請求項2に記載の監視装置(19)。
- 前記音導波路(24)が前記検知点の反対側の末端に無響終端(26)を有し、音響センサ(25)は検知点と無響終端(26)との間に位置付けられている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の監視装置(19)。
- 動作中に加圧側(20a)と吸引側(20b)との間の圧力差を有するブレード(20)を備えるロータ(31)と、前記ロータ(31)を監視するために、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの監視装置(19)とを含む、タービン段(13b)。
- 軸流タービン段(13b)であること、および検知点がロータ(31)の周りの内壁のオリフィス(23)であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のタービン段(13b)。
- 請求項5または請求項6に記載の少なくとも1つのタービン段(13b)を含む、タービンエンジン(10)。
- 前記タービン段(13b)がタービンエンジン(10)の高温部にあり、音響センサ(25)は低温領域に位置付けられる、請求項7に記載のタービンエンジン(10)。
- 検知点の近傍を通過するロータ(31)のブレード(20)の吸引および加圧側(20b、20a)の圧力差による圧力変動が、音波として拾い上げられるために音導波路(24)によって音響センサ(25)に伝送される、タービン(13b)のロータ(31)を監視する方法。
- ロータ(31)の回転速度が、音波の周波数をロータ(31)のブレード(20)の数で割ることで、前記音響センサ(25)に接続された計算ユニット(27)によって計算される、請求項9に記載の監視方法。
