Claims (1)
- 被測定物である回転軸に固定され空気を前記回
転軸の軸方向に流すように取付けられた少くとも
１枚の羽根を有する回転翼と、この回転翼を覆い
前記回転翼によつて空気が一端から取込まれ圧縮
して放出されるよう前記一端が開口しかつ密閉さ
れた壁面に選択的に設けた少くとも１個の空気吹
出し口を有する回転翼保護ケースと、前記空気吹
出し口からの空気流を受けて前記回転翼の回転に
より発生する圧力差を検出する半導体圧力トラン
スジユーサとを含むことを特徴とする回転速度計
。
