Claims (8)
- 回転シャフト(34)のためのひずみセンサ装置(40)であって、放射エミッタ/レシーバ(42)と、前記シャフト(34)に取り付けられる振動素子(44、60)と、前記シャフトおよび前記振動素子を囲む放射反射性環部(46)と、を有する、ひずみセンサ装置。
- 請求項1に記載のひずみセンサ装置(40)であって、導波路(48)が、前記エミッタ/レシーバ(42)と前記環部(46)内に画定される開口部(50)との間に延びる、ひずみセンサ装置。
- 請求項1に記載のひずみセンサ装置(40)であって、前記エミッタ/レシーバ(42)は、前記環部(46)の半径方向外側に位置決めされる、ひずみセンサ装置。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のひずみセンサ装置(40)であって、2つの振動素子(44a、44b)が、一方から他方へ放射を反射するように位置決めされる、ひずみセンサ装置。
- 請求項4に記載のひずみセンサ装置(40)であって、前記2つの振動素子(44a、44b)は、互いに離間し約90°で傾斜する、ひずみセンサ装置。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のひずみセンサ装置(40)であって、反射器(56a、56b)が、前記振動素子(44a、44b)上に放射を反射するように位置決めされる、ひずみセンサ装置。
- 請求項6に記載のひずみセンサ装置(40)であって、前記反射器(56a,56b)は、凹状であり、前記振動素子の最大振幅となる部分に放射を反射するように位置決めされる、ひずみセンサ装置。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のひずみセンサ装置(40)であって、前記振動素子はワイヤ(44)である、ひずみセンサ装置。
