Claims (15)
- 転がり軸受であって、内側リング(1)と、外側リング(2)と、前記リング上に設けられた軌道(6,15,15b)間に配置された少なくとも1列の転がり要素(3)と、その内部に前記リングの少なくとも一方が配置される環状ハウジング(5)と、を備え、前記リングは二つの部分(2a,2b)からなり、前記二つの部分のそれぞれは、前記ハウジングと共に、その内部に潤滑剤(21a,21b)が配置される密閉スペース(20a,20b)を画定しており、前記転がり軸受はさらに、前記密閉スペースから前記軌道へと前記潤滑剤を移動させるための輸送手段を備えており、前記軌道(15a,15b)を画定する前記リングの前記二つの部分(2a,2b)のそれぞれの案内部分(13a,13b)の厚みと、前記軸受の外径との間の比率は、0.7ないし3%、好ましくは1.1%ないし1.9%であることを特徴とする転がり軸受。
- 前記案内部分(13a,13b)のそれぞれの厚みと、前記転がり要素(3)の直径との間の比率が、5.5%ないし22%、好ましくは8.5%ないし15%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記リングの前記二つの部分(2a,2b)の半径方向部分(12a,12b)は、前記軸受が自由状態にあるときには、互いに軸方向に接触しており、前記二つの部分の少なくとも一つの可撓性は、所定の転がり要素通過周波数のもとで、前記半径方向部分(12a,12b)間に軸方向クリアランスを残すために、外側に向かって前記対応する半径方向部分の軸方向の変位を可能とするように調整されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記所定の転がり要素通過周波数は、
(0.35×nIR/60)×Zおよび(0.45×nIR/60)×Z
から得られ、ここで、nIRは毎分回転数での内側リングの回転速度に対応し、Zは回転要素の数に対応することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の転がり軸受。 - 前記潤滑材の前記輸送手段は、前記リングの前記二つの部分(2a,2b)のそれぞれの前記半径方向部分(12a,12b)に設けられた貫通孔(25a,25b)を備えることを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記貫通孔(25a,25bの)は、二つの密閉スペース(20a,20b)を連通状態とするために、少なくとも部分的に向き合っていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記リングの前記二つの部分(2a,2b)のそれぞれの案内部分(13a,13b)は、前記半径方向部分(12a,12b)につながっていることを特徴とする請求項3ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記リングの前記二つの部分(2a,2b)のそれぞれが一定の厚みを有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記リングの前記二つの部分(2a,2b)のそれぞれの曲げ強度は最高で250MPaであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記潤滑剤(21a,21b)はオイルをベースにしたグリースであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記潤滑剤(21a,21b)は、前記密閉スペース(20a,20b)の内部に嵌め込まれた多孔質要素に含まれるオイルであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記リングの前記二つの部分(2a,2b)のそれぞれは、前記案内部分(13a,13b)に接続されかつ前記潤滑剤のための前記輸送手段を形成する軸方向クリアランス(22a,22b)を残すように前記ハウジングの半径方向フランジ(17a,17b)から離間させられた半径方向面(23a,23b)を有する軸方向部分(14a,14b)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記輸送手段はさらに、前記リングの前記二つの部分(2a、2b)のそれぞれの軸部(14,14b)に設けられた半径方向孔(24a,24b)を備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記リングの二つの部分のそれぞれが、前記ハウジングの軸方向部分(17c)と半径方向に接触する外側軸方向部分(11a,11b)と、半径方向部分(12a,12b)と、案内部分(13a,13b)と、内側軸方向部分(14a,14b)と、を備え、前記密閉スペース(20a,20b)は、前記リングの前記部分と、前記ハウジングの半径方向フランジ(17a,17b)と、によって画定されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の転がり軸受。
- 請求項1ないし請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも一つの転がり軸受を含む電動機または発電機。
