Description
Claims (18)
- ガス源から治療ガスを投与するガス送出装置であって、
前記ガス源に取り付け可能なバルブであって、流体的に連通した入口および出口と、前記バルブを開閉してガスを前記バルブ経由で制御モジュールへ通すバルブアクチュエータとを含むバルブと、
回路を備え、前記回路は、
ガス識別情報、ガス使用期限およびガス濃度のうちの1つ以上で構成されるガスデータを格納するメモリと、
無線光見通し内信号を送信して、対象へのガス送出を制御する前記制御モジュールに前記ガスデータを伝達する、前記メモリと通信する処理部および送受信部とを含むことを特徴とするガス送出装置。 - 使用者が前記ガスデータを前記メモリに入力できるようにする前記メモリと通信するデータ入力部を前記バルブがさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス送出装置。
- 前記ガスデータが、前記ガス源に配置されたバーコードで与えられ、前記データ入力部と通信する使用者操作式走査装置によって前記データ入力部に入力されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガス送出装置。
- 前記バルブが電源を備え、前記送受信部が周期的に前記無線光見通し内信号を前記制御モジュールに送信し、前記信号が、前記信号の送信されない時間で中断されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス送出装置。
- 前記信号の送信されない時間がおよそ10秒で構成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のガス送出装置。
- ガス送出システムであって、
請求項1に記載のガス送出装置と、
バルブの出口および人工呼吸器と流体的に連通した制御モジュールとを備え、前記制御モジュールは、
見通し内信号を送受信部から受信するCPU送受信部と、
前記CPU送受信部と通信し、CPUメモリを含むCPUとを備え、
前記送受信部が前記CPUメモリへの格納のためにガスデータを前記CPU送受信部に伝達することを特徴とするガス送出システム。 - 前記バルブがカレンダタイマおよびイベントタイマを含むタイマを備え、前記CPUメモリが前記バルブの開閉の日時および前記バルブを開けておく時間を格納し、前記送受信部が前記CPUメモリへの格納のために前記バルブの開閉の日時を前記CPU送受信部に伝達することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のガス送出システム。
- 前記制御モジュールが、患者情報を前記CPUメモリに入力する入力手段と、表示部とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のガス送出システム。
- 前記CPUが、前記入力手段を介して前記CPUメモリに入力された前記患者情報と前記送受信部からの前記ガスデータとを比較することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のガス送出システム。
- 前記CPUが、前記CPUメモリに入力された前記患者情報と前記送受信部からの前記ガスデータとが整合しない場合に作動させられる警報器を備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のガス送出システム。
- ガス識別情報、ガス使用期限およびガス濃度のうちの1つ以上から選択されたガスデータをガス源に接続されたバルブから無線光見通し内信号を介して受信し、
前記ガスデータを使用者の入力した患者情報と比較し、
前記無線光見通し内信号を介して医療機器による患者への治療の提供を調整し、
受信した前記患者情報に基づいて前記患者に提供する治療を選択し、
前記選択された治療の前記患者への提供を制御することを処理部に行わせる命令を含むことを特徴とするメモリ。 - 第1の開位置および第1の閉位置から選択された第1のバルブ状態を第1のガス源に接続された第1のバルブから第1の無線光見通し内信号を介して受信し、
第2の開位置および第2の閉位置から選択された第2のバルブ状態を第2のガス源に接続された第2のバルブから第2の無線光見通し内信号を介して受信し、
前記第1のバルブ状態と前記第2のバルブ状態とを比較し、
前記第1のバルブ状態が前記第1の開位置を含み、前記第2のバルブ状態が前記第2の開位置を含む場合に、警報を発することを前記処理部に行わせる命令を前記メモリが含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のメモリ。 - 前記第1のバルブ状態が前記第1の開位置を含み、前記第2のバルブ状態が前記第2の開位置を含む場合に、治療の提供を終了することを前記処理部に行わせる命令を前記メモリが含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のメモリ。
- 治療ガスを患者に投与する方法であって、
ガスデータを含む第1のメモリを備えるガス送出装置との通信を送受信部を介して確立し、
前記ガスデータを第2のメモリ内に格納された患者情報と比較し、
無線光見通し内信号を介して前記ガス送出装置による患者への治療の提供を調整し、
前記ガスデータと前記患者情報との前記比較に基づいて前記患者に提供する治療を選択し、
前記選択された治療の前記患者への提供を制御することを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ガスデータと前記患者情報との前記比較に基づいて、前記選択された治療の前記患者への提供を中止することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記ガスデータと前記患者情報との前記比較に基づいて警報を発することをさらに含む請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記ガスデータを前記第1のメモリに入力することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記患者情報を前記第2のメモリに入力することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
