Claims (18)
- 患者のパラメータを表す1つ以上の値を計算または推定または近似するための方法であって、この方法が:
第1のパラメータの少なくとも1つの先の値、
第2のパラメータの少なくとも1つの先の値および少なくとも1つの後の値、および
第1のパラメータと第2のパラメータとの間の数学的関係
を考慮して、
第1のパラメータの少なくとも1つの後の値を内挿または外挿すること
を含む、方法。 - 前記第1のパラメータ、第2のパラメータおよび場合によりさらなるパラメータが、以下のパラメータ群から選択され、この群が、少なくとも、ヘマトクリット(HTC)、血液含水量(BWC)、細胞外含水量(EWC)、血液体積(BV)、処置セッション開始時の血液体積(BV_start)、正常水分血液体積(BV0)、水分過剰(OH)、相対水分過剰(relOH)、正常体重(Normwgt)、プレ体重(処置前)、ポスト体重(処置後)、ヘモグロビン質量(mass_Hb)、および血液中のヘモグロビン濃度(Hb)を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 線形フィルタまたは非線形フィルタ、特にカルマンフィルタ、アンセンテッドカルマンフィルタ、カルマン−ブーシーフィルタ、ハイブリッドカルマンフィルタ、または拡張カルマンフィルタを用いる工程を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 部分的または完全に再帰的に作用するフィルタを使用する工程を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法を行うために構成された装置。
- それぞれの方法を行うことによって得られた結果をアウトプットするためのアウトプットデバイスをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の装置。

- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法が実行されるプログラム可能なコンピュータシステムと相互作用できる電気的に読取可能な制御シグナルを有する、デジタル記憶手段、特にフラッシュドライブ、USBメモリ、ディスク、CDまたはDVD。
